The hotel staff lacks service awareness and has a very bad attitude during the complaint process (including the duty manager). The staff did not listen to us seriously. No respect for residents, the most disappointing hotel.

Nice hotel great location well established in city centre surrounded with many food outlets, shopping centres and fast easy public transportation. Great service nice and easy enjoyed our stay all amenities in the complex are functional and available to all guests . Sauna needs a upgrade to hold the heat better as it escapes fast

I really enjoyed the 3 nights of my stay. I would like to praise Mr.Jeff from concierge as he took care of me and my family really well and makes me felt so welcome. I also love the location where it is really close to the metro station and there’s a mall just right next to the hotel. Will definitely come back soon.

We had a fantastic birthday and wedding anniversary celebration at the hotel! Assigned room was quiet, large and had a great view (bonus: managed to see fireworks).
Food at the club lounge was great, staff friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!
