Great team is working there - the buildings the rooms the breakfast etc. It was great event at all. Definitely I will coming back. Thanks for unforgettable nights in this first class hotel
This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It combines a convenient location, a relaxing environment, and very well maintained (at least in my experience) room. While I was originally worried about the modernity and comfort rooms would provide given the hotel’s age, I truly have no complaints here. The rooms were even equipped with Dyson hairdryers. The location is also most convenient. Even though it doesn’t have the best view of Pudong, it is in walking (or biking) distance of the vast majority of restaurants and bars locals attend. The park is also very relaxing to take a stroll in, and you can even feed the cats! I rarely write reviews but this has been a truly amazing experience, and this will be a hotel I recommend to everyone visiting Shanghai in the future.

Normal experience with some weak points

First of all, the rooms are tidy, however we could find some hairs on the towels. The service a the front desk is nice and welcoming. The breakfast has a standard selection, the quality is good. Room service forget to fill up the minibar. For the pool, men are required to wear a head cap. The information is nowhere on display, but in the swimming pool area. So you get forced to buy a head cup for 20yuan. Biggest minus: even the room is nice, the aircon isn’t working. Even after calling the room service, they didn’t fixed it properly. We think the air from the fan is a bit colder now, but in total the room temperature hasn’t changed much. Due to pollution and one of the biggest sand storms in Beijing you can’t even open the window. With outside temperature from 20 to 30C° pretty useless anyways Room temperature is about 26-28C°. Not good to treat costumers like that - we have booked a 80m2 room, including entry to the executive floor. First Hotel who never did the bed linens of the two child beds. We have experienced better quality overall.
At first I really liked this hotel and planned to bring my parents to stay next time. The hotel was beautiful. The service was not bad. They upgraded us to a club room. They also satisfied all our demands and gave good suggestions about restaurants around the hotel. However, right before we checked out, when we were checking our room to see if there was anything we forgot, we saw a live cockroach crawling in the little refrigerator...

酒店没有前调，找办理入住的地方找了很久。后来前台安排了贵宾楼，房间比较舒服，安静。酒廊服务好，餐品也还不错。早餐中规中矩。

本酒店位于上海繁华的老卢湾区域，闹中取静，绿化覆盖率超高的酒店公共区域是其最大的亮点之一。
酒店的每一位员工服务态度都很好，且为会员提供了丰盛的礼遇。
美中不足的是，酒店内的交通秩序有待改善，时而发生堵车的情况，人车混行亦存在安全隐患。
总之，值得入住，尤其是Ihg钻石会员。

瑞金洲际可能是整个大中华区设施最老旧、房态最糟糕、服务意识最差的洲际，没有之一…不要跟我说什么这就是你们酒店“老上海顶级富豪的住宿体验” 实际上是直接给我打回了90年代的住宿体验…
我真的不想多说，大家可以自己品…选择住瑞金洲际跟酒店本身可以说是一点关系都没有，第一是对洲际品牌的认可，第二是因为需要在淮海这个区域。我在瑞金洲际2021-2022一共住了有70晚左右，我足够有发言权。这也将是我最后一次入住本酒店，已经受够了，之后即使需要住在这个区域，我也情愿选择其他的酒店品牌
