Really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and made the check in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean with a nice ambience and was a novelty to see the service robots attending to different rooms and accessing the lifts. The breakfast was really nice with a large selection. Would choose this hotel again in Jinan.

The rooms are large, well decorated. Unfortunately the house keeping is very poor. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly . I stayed there for 4-5 days and I observed from close quarters how shabbily the rooms are cleaned. One day I saw that used glasses with half filled water were not removed nor cleaned. Nobody on the front desk bothers if you are a diamond card holder, no greetings and worse nobody smiles .
There is one person who works in the breakfast room. Her name is Angela, always smiling and she lights up the place with her smiles. …
The stains left by the glasses are clearly visible . After my stay at Jinan , I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel in Singapore.What a contrast from front desk to restaurant , all smiles and helpful . After Jinan, the hotel in Singapore was akin to an OT in a hospital. Everything clean n nothing out of place, just the opposite to Jinan Intercon

Enjoyed the time staying in the hotel and meeting friends in Jinan, the hotel location is perfect. Zoey Cao was super helpful for seamless check-in. Will come again.
Certainly one of the nicest Hotels for the money. Clean, fiendly for sure, close to all the city has to offer.

非常难忘的体验，济南酒店天花板

这次在济南贵和洲际的入住体验总体来说非常满意。酒店位置非常便利，内部的几个餐厅全都非常好吃不踩雷，整体来说是济南酒店的天花板。重点想说一下酒店员工的服务，让我非常满意。其中一天自助早餐的时候服务人员有点小失误，值班经理张乐非常诚恳地道歉并且做出了弥补，主动提出赠送果盘以及其他的补偿方案，并且在之后几天每次见面的时候都很热情地提供服务，诚恳的态度让我十分感动。之后来济南一定会继续入住洲际！

重新装修后第一次入住，一切都很完美。只是洗澡的时候，水量比较小，而且水温偏凉。另外，就是这个评价必须要满50字符，why？

先后住过不同类型的洲际酒店，美国和国内都有。相比较而言，济南的皇冠还是性价比十分高的酒店，地理位置十分优越，价格也不贵，服务态度也比较不错。唯一美中不足的是，底楼的lobby太小，位子太少，特别是等车的时候如果底楼没有沙发坐，时间比较长的话就比较累。

交通方便，毗邻繁华，环境优美，设施齐全。
每次入住的体验都非常好，真切感受到皇冠的品质，皇冠的服务。
以后每次来济南，贵和皇冠还是首选。

泉城广场、恒隆广场、趵突泉的环抱，想象不出比这里更好的位置，十一期间入住，早餐的时候去的晚，发现很多用过餐的桌位，不然如此安静的环境不会让我知道这么多客人入住，早餐种类多，但是中餐选择少，可能是照顾到大多数人的口味。房间很舒适。床品质量高，睡得很安心，以后还会选择入住。
