Thank you to Myint who did my check in and welcomed me to the hotel first. It really makes a difference to have such a heartfelt pleasant first interaction when you are settling in the hotel.
The breakfast service was flawless and the attendants are very attentive.
Comfortable spacious room, with all the facilities. The interior is a bit outdated but nevertheless pleasant. It’s literally nearby the big mall area and very convenient location.
Also, the doorman and parking valet guys are the best in assisting with car and bags. I loved absolutely every interaction with the hotel personnel. Well done!

The hotel and experience is great. I highly recommend renovating the old building and mattresses are overused. A renovation is due I believe.

Really best apartment hotel for family with suited in quiet area specially in Dubai.
With best services and free basement parking.
It’s intercontinental usual service use to.
Only we had small issue in 2 rooms that AC was not cooling enough to sleep.
Other than that everything was working perfectly.

Sometimes the words can’t reach the real feelings.
The exceptional hospitality and service provided by Mr. Mohammed and his team in the front desk during my recent stay. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome that made me feel right at home.
I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and speed of the reservation process.
The front desk staff member who assisted me was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Within 3 minutes, my reservation was confirmed, and I was on my way to enjoying a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Our recent one-month stay at InterContinental Residence, Marsa Plaza, once again reaffirmed why it feels like our second home. The entire team welcomed us with open arms, treating us like cherished members of their family. This warm reception is part of what keeps drawing us back to the same hotel time and time again.
First and foremost, Hammad’s leadership was exemplary. His guidance not only at the front desk but across the entire hotel staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
Saif and Mira, although relatively new to us, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and humility. Their attentive service made us forget they were newcomers; they felt like seasoned members of the team.
Hamidur stood out as a star within the housekeeping team. His meticulous attention to detail ensured our room was always impeccably clean, and he seemed to anticipate our every need, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
Padman deserves special mention for his exceptional service in parking our cars. Always swift and efficient, he provided us with a level of personalized care that truly enhanced our stay.
Permila and John from the food and beverage team were outstanding hosts, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were enjoyable and memorable.
I also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Elsa, Miguel, Jamal,, and all the other team members who contributed to making our stay unforgettable. While I highlighted specific individuals for their exceptional service, every member of the team was kind and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Very bad staff reception late two hours of check in I call myself IHG customer care to ask reception to give the key ; check out asked me of passport which already taken on check in , very bad treatment for IHG loyalty member , image image of IHG ?!!
