3 days in Berlin with family

We loved every part of that stay. The room sizes, location, comfort and cleanliness within and around. The pool is excellent. Deep for my 6 yr old but fantastic and clean plus spa nearby. We also enjoyed the restaurant with breakfast option on site. Will surely want to visit again. Two awesome restaurants right across and Neni Berlin, zoo and quick access to public transit. A memorable family time in Berlin.

Das Hotel in Berlin ist wirklich sehr schön, es ist eins meiner Lieblingshotels. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr sehr gut und ich kann es wirklich nur jederzeit empfehlen!

Buen hotel con buenos servicios. Restaurante con la carta un poco corta.servicio con grandes profesionales como Nicoretta y Guzmán en recepción y un camarero cubano en los desayunos. Habitación muy confortable. Falta a la renovación del lobby

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was highly disappointed with the safety standards in the bathroom, particularly concerning the shower glass door. The anchors of shower glassdoor were halfway out, posing a significant hazard. In fact, I feared it might shatter with even minimal force. This is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention.This issue significantly detracted from my overall experience.

What a completely wonder stay. From the hotel staff, room cleanliness, breakfast buffet to the bar. All were top notch. I have to thank the ladies in the office for going above and beyond. My daughter had left something in the room and the maids had found it. After contacting the office they sent the package to our next hotel in Vienna. Top notch service and I thank them all. The breakfast buffet is something to behold. The food was amazing and the variety tremendous.

This was one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in ever. Room was very comfortable and tasteful, bathroom was fabulous. Everything was spotless. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Pool, spa and sauna were excellent. Breakfast was very good and had plenty of options for all dietary needs.
Berlin is such a fabulous city to visit.
Definitely my favourite Intercontinental hotel so far and would definitely recommend.

Es war wieder sein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem meiner Lieblings Hotels. Besonders liebe ich die Club Lounge . Alle Mitarbeiter sind super kompetent und nett ! Es ist eine familiäre Atmosphäre in der man sich wohl fühlt. Danke besonders an Nihal für die hervorragende Betreuung. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat es richtig Spaß gemacht. Das Zimmer war auch mit ausgezogener Couch geräumig und bot alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auf kleinere Kritikpunkte wurde umgehend eingegangen.
