Stayed here twice while travelling Africa. A dream of an airport hotel. Staff were amazing particularly the restaurant and spa staff. The pool, steam room gym and treatments were amazing

I stayed here twice between flights and found the hotel wonderful. From the access to / from the airport a short walk across the street to the great breakfast buffet. The checkin was quick and efficient and was acknowledged as a IHG member. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. I will without a doubt stay here whenever I am coming to Johannesburg.

We had a kind size bed and looking forward to a good night sleep BUT we did not sleep as the bed was leaning on one side giving us back aid and literaly no sleep. Not recommending the hotel at all

Great Service and Stay

We only stayed 1 night due to flight timings but thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel.
We had a lovely exec room which was spacious, with a huge comfy bed. We couldn’t hear the planes at all given the hotel is a few hundred yards from the terminal.
We made use of the onsite Spa (recommend you book in advance as it was busy) and my wife said it was the best massage she’s ever had!
Must pay compliment to the concierge team and Riona in Guest Relations who helped massively with our luggage logistics - and helping track-down a football shirt gift. Great ‘can do’ attitude and service!

We have reviewed the hotel already but wanted to contact you directly to say thank you to Judith in Conciege. We were flying to Seychelles and on check in found that we needed a Travel Authorization Visa. We tried to get this on our ipad but failed so went to see if Concierge could help. There we met Judith who then spent the next 45 minutes helping us fill in the forms, scanning documents and even ringing the hotel in the Seychelles to get a letter from them. The Visas came through online and we made the flight with 10 minutes to spare! We have no doubt that we would not made the flights without her help. This was an example of an employee going the extra mile. Thank you very much Judith.

One of the best airport hotels I have stayed at. Airport hotels can be basic and lack atmosphere but this hotel is top class. Staff were exceptional and my room upgrade was very welcome and gave me a fantastic preparation for a long flight home. Ate at the restaurant which was great food and hotel shop sold beautiful jewellery and owner was so friendly. Highly recommended.

I would like to say that I travel a great amount and by far this has been the best experience I have stayed at any hotel….. I received very professional accommodation from the lady that had checked me in and also from Kea that had checked me out( everyone was very nice) If I was to own a company there would be not a single doubt in my mind that I would hire them ( I hope this email is read and they lady that checked me in and Kea that checked me out receives some sort of recognition for what they have done)

Arrival experience was great - the staff were courteous, polite and I was recognized as an IHG member. Room was beautiful with a grand bathroom. We did not get the chance to visit the on site restaurant, but the atmosphere was lively.
