The staff are so friendly and helpful here, breakfast is always a good shout with plenty of food and all seems fresh.

I am a top fan of IHG properties and have used them round the world for over 20 years. This hotel is lovely in itself - great bedroom and sleep experience - but I have to advise anyone not to stay here because the administration is so poor and the staff attitude is terrible.
I booked in advance and was double-charged. It took endless calls and emails to resolve with no apology or compensation offered. We parked our car and paid for that whilst we were there but then received a parking enforcement notice from the hotels outsourced parking company threatening us with litigation if we did not pay a large fine. The hotel accepts that we did pay but again has done nothing to reassure us that the collections activities of the parking company won’t be affecting our credit scores - when we’ve done nothing wrong! I have tried to call the hotel and had the phone put down on me. Finally, whilst we were at the hotel, we asked for assistance to print some travel documents. It was very reluctantly provided by the front desk who then gave up helping us leaving us without our travel documents. I’ve never been treated this way in hundreds of stays with IHG and on the basis of my experience I would tell anyone to avoid it - which is a shame because the hotel itself is good.

I stayed here to attend my friends wedding. Reception was not friendly and barely acknowledged us besides check-in because they had no choice. Customer service is everything to me. They failed miserably. Anyway, everything else made up for it. The lobby is gorgeous and simple. Plenty of lounging area if you didn’t want to stay in the room. We loved the kitchenette. It had everything that was needed. We also loved the breakfast. It was plentiful, full of options, delicious, fresh and we could grab a hot beverage at anytime. They had a little shop, but we didn’t need anything from there, but good to know they had it just in case. One of the major but minor issues is the fact that there is no proper outlet in the bathroom to blow dry your hair. As a woman that is a big deal and they should work on that for that room. The tub needs to be more modernized into a shower. It’s to high and the water gets all over the floor. I noticed some other rooms didn’t have a tub. They should remove all of them. The location is great because it’s close to LHR. Our bags didn’t make it on our flight and didn’t arrive till 2 hours before the wedding, so it was great that the airport was right there. Overall, we had a great time.

We stayed for 3 nights on the way to Italy so that we could visit family. It was easy to get to via bus form the airport but getting back to the airport was a fail because the Hoppa bus did not show up on time. We took an Uber as did many others. Stressful. (Not the Hotels fault)
We liked that we were able to do our laundry however many of the machines were not in service.
Breakfast was fantastic and we had a nice meal next door at the Holiday Inn.
Would come back to this place as long as the price was right.

Fabulous stay close to Heathrow airport. The Staybridge had it all, rooms, parking, breakfast included and laundry facilities with both washer and dryers.

I booked 2 room from 31/3 to 2/4 and requested 1 double room and 1 twin room for my family and of course they acknowledged my request upon booking:
1. Upon check-in, I found that both rooms are double bed and requested front desk for 1 twin beds and the staff replied all rooms are double bed! Can’t believe…because I stay at Staybridge Suites Vauxhall afterwards and they could meet my request.
2. I choose snacks and drinks for the check-in rewards and later found that the coupon is for 1 person ONLY and I asked for the front desk again and he is very unwilling to provide another coupon for 1 more person. So we have 2 free drinks for our 4 persons! But the Staybridge Suites Vauxhall and Holiday Inn Manchester MediaCity are more generous to give 4 free drinks and snacks for us.

The Staybridge Suite near Heathrow Airport is top notch!!! Everything was very clean and we were really impressed with the room quality, furnishings, etc. The bed was very comfortable! Was also very impressed with the variety of items in the breakfast and the gluten free and vegan options!! Very impressive! The staff was also very courteous, friendly and helpful!!

Excellent Hotel, I especially appreciated the outstanding customer service that Sam provided. He was always very attentive and helpful. His kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats off to you.

Warushi at the reception was very kind welcoming and unrelentingly helpful to assure a smooth check in. She uplifted my spirits and made me feel it was worthwhile returning to Staybridge.

Unfortunately, for the first time after many many stays check in was not up to standard.
My diamond elite status was not recognise. The reception did not give me opportunity to pay for parking. ( I fortunately remembered after a short while I went back to reception and paid for parking withf a far more helpful member of staff.)
