The Staybridge near the OSU Medical Center was a phenomenal place to stay. We had 2 families together in a suite that held 6 and we had adequate space. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work so that was a bit of a hindrance in using the restroom for the weekend. Our room had a kitchen fire prior to our check-in so Millie made a quick change to keep us in her hotel so the volleyball players could remain together. The parking is very limited. Breakfast is fantastic!!!

Good management, to me this means customer satisfaction. The management and staff at Stay Bridge Suites constantly works to make each stay comfortable. The lite meals in the evenings really helps out when returning from work for the evening, less cooking and eating out. I have been staying here for approximately 4 years now traveling back and forth for business. Each day returning to the hotel and seeing the staff sweeping, wiping down surfaces, moping the floors, painting, replacing worn carpet, all of these things goes a long way to say this hotel and its management are doing all of the right things for customer satisfaction. When I am in Columbus, this will be my hotel of choice. (You need to stop in and see Mohamed and Milli, a great part of the staff).

We had a wonderful stay here. All of the staff- from check-in attendants to breakfast cooks - were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was a nice added feature and complimentary breakfast was good. Thank you for a nice stay!

We were very pleased with everything at this hotel! New and fresh! Lobby and rooms were beautiful and rooms were very comfortable. Quiet and restful. Millie the manager was wonderful! We had to leave way earlier than breakfast was served. Millie had a staff member make us up grab and go bags the night before so we had something to take with us . A delicious bagel, cream cheese, and apple or banana. Thank you so much for that extra effort! We so appreciated it! We would definitely stay here again.

No, I do not recommend this property.
The only positive is that the sheets were clean. The outside entrance and inside lobby are either messy, run-down, outdated, and/or peeling. Staff are not exceptional, they barely looked up or spoke to us. Hallways to our room were littered with trash. Room smells like the building was smoked in historically and the smell was never fully remedied. Bath and shower are so small and outdated and not comfortable at all. Watching tv is a bust, it’s old so no streaming option, no channel guide, no labels, you have no clue what you’re watching. It’s a great thing the breakfast is free because it’s not great. This is not a place you go and feel excited to be staying when you walk in. If I’d have known I would have canceled.
