This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was great and the view from our window to die for. Great base while exploring Warsaw.

We celebrated our 7th anniversary of marriage here, all the staff are so friendly and always available. They made our stay so unforgettable and we really enjoyed our holidays. Especially I would like to say thank you to Susanne, Stava and a tall man (the waitress and waiter in lounge) they are all so nice to everyone and efficient on job. Thanks you and we definitely will come back to you.

Uncomfortable and seemingly very small bed. I tries to measure with an app on my phone and it seemed the bed was 140cm. This was the room that was given after a supposed upgrade. As a result my wife didn’t get a proper night’s sleep. The employee at check-in was not particularly friendly and initially did not recognize my status. Overall a disappointment for an Intercontinental. Immediately before I stayed at the Crowne Plaza and the experience was a lot better. On next occasion I would not pick the Intercontinental.

Special thanks to Mr. Bartosz your services and help during the check in time were extremely helpful and professional. The room had an amazing view, beds were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious and the harpist was a beautiful touch. Underground parking was a big plus and the location of the hotel was superb. We had dinner at Platter inside the hotel and it was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Very outdated, unfriendly hotel. If you, as me, an Intercontinental Ambassador, don’t expect anything special or even the bare minimum.
The new Holiday Inn is a much better all around for IHG members.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel als Platinum Elite Ambassador Kunde IHG rewards. Ich buchte ein Standard King Zimmer mit nicht stornierbarer Mitgliederrate ohne Frühstück. Ich bekam ein room-upgrade mit Blick auf den historischen Turm im 25 Stockwerk. Wozu ich den Ambassador-Status habe welcher ausschließlich bei Intercontinental Hotels gültig ist weiß ich nicht. Ich hätte mir ein Upgrade auf ein Clubzimmer welcher mit Zugang zur Clublounge einhergeht erwartet. So musste ich unser Frühstück separat beim CheckIn dazu buchen. Das Zimmer war klein aber soweit alles in Ordnung, der Teppich zwar schon etwas fleckig aber sauber. Das Badezimmer war sehr ordentlich. Im 43 Stock gibt es einen sehr schönen Pool der mit 28 Grad Celsius wohl temperiert ist, der Ausblick über die Stadt ist eines der Highlights in diesem Hotel, einen kleinen Whirlpool gibt es auch, Gym usw. alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war sehr reichhaltig und bot viel regionales.
