Starting from 2019, I will stay at the InterContinental Shanghai Jing'an Hotel every time I come to Shanghai. I have always given you a vote of trust for your room cleanliness and considerate service.
Recommended the company team to stay at the InterContinental Shanghai Jing'an Hotel for the first time after becoming an ambassador member All colleagues, including bosses and customers, are very satisfied with this arrangement. Rullan Li from the front desk was professional and lovely. Recognised tier membership and provided an upgrade to the executive suite. Club lounge staff were polite as well. For some reason, there is no lift access to the suites so I had to walk a flight of stairs to the 32th floor. A non issue for me but a consideration for those with mobility difficulties. Breakfast was adequate at the first floor. Would visit again, thank you team 🥳.

Like most other reviewers have stated, this by far was the worst hotel stay ever . The staff is extremely rude and have no business being in the hospitality business. I have had better experiences with motels in US. IHG in general is good but this place ought to be added to any travelers must-avoid list.

Only location is good. Feel like staying at the motel, they hand out tooth brush at the check in counter. Business lounge is lousy. No staff members.

when i have business i use to stay to Intercontinental Pudong or EXpo. this time for holiday i decided to stay in this hotel becasue someone told me better location! completely wrong! Location very far to my best places! then, also a lot of bad surprices! room, also with upgrade the view was terrible! everytime i had shower a lot of water leak in the bathroom floor! air condition cannot control! too cold if run, too hot if stop! lounge not open in the morning, I PAID for it! breakfast not available in the lounge!! breakfast like a war/battle! no tables! no food! poor quality of food! i really cannot understand why so expensive! NOT VALUE THE MONEY! never again in this hotel!

整体尚可,但电视柜冰箱的桌面颜色陈旧,还有修补痕迹,修补水平较差,门锁松动;靠垫拉丝如旧货好像便捷酒店水平!电视机遥控器只能站在电视前面距离1米才可以遥控,躺床上无法换频道!与5🌟酒店完全不符合。
行程酒廊结束时间过早了点。

1. 夜里淋浴不停的漏水,非常响,每半小时会哗啦啦落很多水
2. 屋里的新风要打电话给前台才能关闭,第二天早上5点又莫名被打开,再打电话给前台一开始又说必须要进屋才能关,大早上要我们等维修人员进屋吗?我很不愉快的质疑为什么昨天可以远程关闭后才说可以远程关
3. 欢迎水果很一般
比较好的地方是房间保洁阿姨很负责,衣服会叠好,洗护用品拜访整齐,除了第一晚入住时间外,每夜都有开夜床
