I stayed in Intercontinental Bangkok for 3 days. Last June, I stayed at the Intercontinental Skumbit branch, and this time was even better! And thank you for treating me as an elite member. Especially Phongoat at the grabber on the last day? I can't remember the exact name, but the employee who was with that employee. I'm touched by their kindness. I'll visit again soon. Thank you.

We recently stayed a couple of days and I must say that everything and all the staff were absolutely magnificent. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and always willing to help. We received excellent service from all the restaurant staff in particular a very nice lady by the name of Thitaporn (Aon). She is very friendly and excellent at her job. I would recommend this hotel to all / the room was great, facilities fantastic and the overall experience was one to remember

Excellent service from the moment you walk in . As an ambassador was greeted to check in at club lounge . Arrived from an overnight flight at 8 am room ready by 930 . I could not recommend this property when in Bangkok . Very central location . Easy access to sky walk . The service at club lounge by server and front desk at club lounge rohahit amazing amazing service .

We loved everything about IHG Bangkok. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and provided service beyond our expectations, we genuinely felt special and important during our stay. The room blew us away with comfort, features and view. The gym was exceptional overlooking Bangkok skyline with unbeatable equipment. We will be back.

While I have stayed 3-4 times earlier at Intercontinental Bkk this time post renovations the experience was par excellence on all fronts - quality of welcome at checking in , Ambassador upgrade to Executive Suite , excellent cleanliness and housekeeping, attentive n multiple well motivated and smiling staff at front desk and door to greet you with welcoming smiles and the President Arcade adjoining with massage spa , hair salon and express tailoring made for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay for our family .
Difficult to state where they need to improve - possibly Summer Place Chinese - food can be better and more affordable (?) as we were the only guests one night in a huge restaurant surprisingly and if the spa can open earlier at 8:00 am with more staff that will be lovely as every time I enquired they had no slots at 9:00 am and earliest was at noon .
The drop off limousine Mercedes van service was value for the money spent and so was the surprise of receiving concierge service at the airport to escort us to airline check in and till fast track immigration. Indeed Intercontinental Bkk spoils you in setting new benchmarks for hospitality and will make you seek other hotels to step up the game similarly.

Jui, Tuk, Faai, Ink, Mos, Bank, Phee, Kik, Geng, Amy, Pam, and Nun, were all extremely warm, considerate, and attentive. They kindly prepared a birthday drink and sang a birthday song for my daughter. Their sincere gestures are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to our next stay at the hotel.

Club Lounge staff was excellent! They remembered me the moment I stepped into the lounge. Great team there made up of Faai, Tuk, Phee, Mos, Kok, Geng, Ink, Nun, P, Amy, Bank. And fantastic food prepared by Chef Yai. Highly recommended to utilise the Club Lounge!

Staff are very attentive

On the day I checked out, the staff proactively discovered that it was my birthday and prepared a birthday surprise for me.
I am very happy for such attentive staff, but due to my schedule, I did not have the cake prepared by the executive lounge staff, which I feel very regretful about. But even so I got a doll as a gift and we had fun taking photos.
I have never encountered hotel staff who care so much about their guests. I will definitely visit this hotel again and express my gratitude to them.
