We spent two nights here and I was impressed by all the staf within the hotel. The stunning views from our room, combines with comfortable beds. Great experience staying in this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was stunning, as you come into the hotel you are greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. The hotel is very luxurious and looks great. The outside area was far the best thing, the swimming pool was amazing and the whole hotel is located in the beachfront where you can see the planes landing. Highly recommend this to place to all.

We spent a week of holidays with a couple of friends and experienced all possible services and amenities available in the hotel. Everything perfect thanks also to a very professional staff. Prefer not to raise anyone in particular as ALL THE TEAM did their job with passion, attention and dedication to make this stay simply perfect.

Our stay started off exactly how should, we felt so welcomed and special from the second we arrived. We were treated so amazing for the entirety of our stay. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were even better. The quality of the meals we had were next level. There were no negatives what so ever, we could not recommend this resort enough and we can’t wait to come back and stay again.

My husband and I stayed at InterContinental Bali for 4 nights, the staff were so brilliant, attentive and they provided us world-class services through check-in and check out. A shout out to the F&B staff - I Made Restu who served us dinner on the 15th of August, he is so professional and we really appreciate the personal connection that he has shown and delivered.
We will return for sure, the best hotel stay for us so far.
Umid room and bad smell

unfortunately our experience at the Intercontinental Bali hotel was terrible, only and exclusively regarding the room, the services and the staff, everything was perfect, a truly staff special and always available, back to the reason for the bad experience, from the first night we complained about humidity and an old smell in the room(weather outside was amazing day and night), the staff kindly changed our room the next day but the problem remained, mattresses soaked in humidity and a musty smell , air conditioning not dehumidified, as in all high-class hotels when you open the balcony door they stop the air conditioning to avoid condensation, but here it is activated and cannot be stopped, however in the end we both got sick with fever and cold and we have never slept relaxed due to this high humidity in the room, visible humidity under the sofa and under the mattress with stains and a strong smell.
My request is the reimbursement of the points spent in this hotel, if a holiday has to become a nightmare due to the quality of the structure I prefer don’t do it or go elsewhere

We had a great birthday celebration in intercontinental Bali , even allow us to enjoy the lounge after check out ! Husband love the spa and happy hours so much !!!
Con : check in took very long time and didn’t offer welcome drink or point .

The whole family (15 pax) enjoyed their stay. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff from the FO to the F&B and all other departments. Especially the hostesses at BF. They were truly amazing and friendly. They really light up your day. 2 points I want to address about the room. I was missing a notebook and a pen. I needed one and luckily HK was in the room and got it for me. I think it should always be in the room. Especially for a 5 star hotel like intercontinental or it should be mentioned upon check in. The other thing was the packaging of the amenities in the bathroom look very cheap. No logo and not placed nicely. The compartment should maybe have dividers, Giving it a luxury look.
Lastly I want to address regarding the bar. What an amazing band was playing there but no guests! What a shame. I did go in one night and we were the only guests. I really think you should change the dresscode policy. If we were in JKT or other city I would agree with the dresscode, but we are in Bali…. I think you can get more out of the bar then. Again this band you have now was really good.
Also a thank you to the ladies at the spa for your help and hospitality
Nevertheless we all enjoyed our stay very much and my sister (Marcia Oey)even came back yesterday to stay with you again until the 31st.

Absolut erstklassiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern!
Sehr gute Speisenqualität und Speisenangebot .
Direkter Zugang zum Strand mit einem sehr weitläufigen Innenbereich mit viel Grün und sehr gepflegten Garten!
Ich kann jedem das nur empfehlen hier zu übernachten !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Bali Resort in Jimbran, Bali, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every aspect of my stay was simply outstanding.
Arrival and First Impressions
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was immediately struck by the beautiful surroundings. The resort’s architecture seamlessly blends with the natural landscape, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
Accommodation
My room was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished, it offered all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a five-star resort. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the view from my balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the lush gardens, the part of beach.
Amenities and Facilities
InterContinental Bali Resort offers a plethora of amenities and facilities to cater to every need. The swimming pool was a highlight, with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers for relaxing in the sun. The resort had multiple pools, including area for children.
