I had a wonderful experience during and even before my stay.
There are few things I enjoyed 1- super friendly reception staff who help me to upgrade my room along with my friends room.
2- super helpful to find me an extra room for my Italian friend even the booking was very full in the system. Really impressive job, thank you.
3- Super nice breakfast which made my day for the never ending work during the fair.
4- we had a great time enjoying the beer and snack for the euro cup offer during the night, fair price and good food
Something to improve 1- we were trying to look for a massage after a long work day but the spa in the hotel was closed, little disappointed
2- The toilet in my room does not always work which makes the bathroom experience not so pleasant
3- it would be great to have more relaxing bar with music

There’s construction nearby, but if you have an earplug there’s no issue. Breakfast spread was not bad many choices. Location is kind of out of the way but is a quiet place if no construction going on.

On the plus side, the hotel provided a lovely clean and comfortable room, which was a pleasure to stay in. On the negative side, the hotel bar was average, as was the breakfast and food options available.

隐瞒欺骗旅客 ，数据造假 ，肆意篡改旅客信息 ，泄漏旅客个人信息，
第一，在早餐厅，在我发觉豆浆口味不正常的时候，我就问了早餐厅的工作人员，然后他确认过豆浆是豆浆粉冲的，现在坚决给我回复是上海某知名品牌冷链运输，不是豆浆粉冲制的。
第二，大堂吧没有工作人员，大堂吧的服务很延迟
第三，我预订的是9月30日至10月1日的订单，为什么给我推送的是10月2日退房的账单，并且此次入住没有累计房晚间夜，而且最终账单的房间号(9804)跟我实际入住的房间号(2310)不一样，请解释一下？是在10月1日当天隐藏掉了我的会员账号然后再过夜审，我收到HB的概率就很低了是吗？我认为贵酒店是在肆意放纵存放旅客的信息，为旅客造成严重的信息泄露。请贵酒店负责人做解释说明。
最后，想说明一下，处理我此事情的DM or FOM(Panny Pan)一直在撒谎，甚至整个酒店团队很不忠诚的对待旅客。请调查此事情。

由于入住假日的酒店经历很多，每一次接待人员已经了解到客人的背景并安排好房间和其他的优悦会的礼遇，这里让以往对服务的惯性有了缺失的感觉，从而让这一夜住宿有了一点瑕疵。

酒店不错 行政楼层是黄浦江景观 ，视野很好 周边比较安静 自驾的话出行交通也不错。 房间比较整洁明亮 是一个不错的选择
