I had the pleasure of staying for just one night and was thoroughly impressed by the high quality and exceptional service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thanks to Leonardo for the professional and friendly check-in. I’ll definitely be back—this is now my favorite hotel in Rome.

Новый стильный отель, удобный красивый номер (нам сделали дабл апгрейд). Матрас издавал странные шуршащие звуки ночью, словно его забыли распечатать от пластика. Но худшее впечатление было от завтрака. Печальный выбор и абсолютно не вкусная выпечка, как такое возможно в Италии? Лучше всех работал консьерж и севис в баре на крыше, остальные подразделения были словно на обучении.

We stayed with my friend just for one day,but we’ve got a lot of impression from the place .The staff was amazing 🤩 everywhere at reception ,on a rooftop unfortunately (don’t remember their names )😒But guys make this place special you are feeling like at home .
And quality in a hotel is perfect 👍

The hotel is in a lovely quarter of Rome in proximity to all major site. The Interiors are newly redesigned. Service and facilities are excellent.
Roof top bar is recommended same as the lounge bar. Concierge is very helpful and the service is genuine.

We stayed at the Ambasciatori for our anniversary. It was an excellent stay and all the staff, from the doorman to the restaurant staff and the concierge were all very friendly and made this stay excellent. Thank you to all the staff! It is also conveniently located.

I had an absolutely amazing three-night stay at this property! The staff deserves a 10/10 rating, and the hospitality was incredibly warm, thanks to Mario's excellent training of his team at the front office. The interior design was simply stunning. Overall, an unforgettable experience!

This hotel is beautifully finished to a high standard. Decor is amazing and impresses from first arrival. I was greeted by a lovely lady and recognised for my status. Then shown to my suite. The suite was exceptional in terms of style and decor. Breakfast selection was excellent, and I must say Gianluca went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and was so lovely, polite and provided true hospitality. All staff were attentive to us, always smiling and so polite and continuously welcoming.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Head concierge Cristian went out of his way to assist us in retrieving my husband's lost hearing aid from the Vatican police after attending an event at The Pinecone Courtyard at the Vatican. We were on a group tour and would not be able to get there in person. Cristian was warm and personable, yet extremely efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to go about it. He kept in touch with me throughout and shipped the successfully retrieved item to a future hotel in Italy that we would be at. Service like that makes any hotel stay worthwhile and speaks for itself. I thanked Cristian various times but wanted to make sure he was thanked one more time now that we are home from our Italian holiday.
