管理很紊乱，软硬件设备都很差，住客提出任何问题都没有得到解决方案，得到的答复只有抱歉。吹风机太差了，整体跟一个宾馆一样。不具体点出哪些细节，因为会容易被以为是个别个人处理的不好，实际上是这家酒店的管理极差，缺乏统一培训或流程化，导致整体都是乱七八糟的，会员并没有得到任何欢迎礼，这在那么多家洲际里是首次遇到

My stay at the InterContinental Hangzhou met and exceeded all expectations. My flight crew and I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner on May 21 and ate breakfast at the buffet on May 22. The meals were excellent. My room was exceptional and had everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Intercontinental Hangzhou is one of famous landmarks in this ancient city. The location is great. The hotel is above an outlet mall and located in the city center. The metro station is next to the hotel, so it is convenient to travel around the city without having any troubles.
The room is clean and spacious. The bed is a little bit firm, but also very comfortable.
The waitress in the cafe in the lobby insisted to open the coffee section in the menu because she assumed all the customers drink coffee, but I don’t. I personally found it odd because she should let the customer to look through the menu and decide what to drink.
The room service has only four items to order from which I thought there could be more selections. Maybe it is easier to choose and for the kitchen to make. I wish there will be more selections for the room service.
Overall, it was a good stay. I highly recommended Intercontinental Hangzhou because its great location.

It was my first time to visit this hotel. When I arrived, I saw a giant golden ball, where the hotel locates. It’s a marvelous architecture and the inside view is also stunning. I highly recommend that if you want to stay any hotel in Hangzhou, you could try to stay in this hotel at least once. Meanwhile, the hotel is next to Hangzhou Grand Theatre and near Hangzhou Civil’s Center where it’s at a great location.
Some of guests were here to attend meetings, cause it’s also where the international convention center locates, the front desk was very busy. And the club member center was also occupied for a long time. The guiding and diverting of checking in service needs to be improved.
