I always stay the intercontinental doha the city because all your members are quite nice and kind.
And the location is good to access any main locations within 10-15min by car.
( Note that you may need to enhance a room conditions since it is getting old).
I would like to give my special appreciations to;
Mr. Ashad Khan, Assitant director of sales/marketing.
Mr. Prabhat Shukla, Director of housekeeping.
And also I would like to highlight several members as follows;
Aye from asian kitchen, Lovely/Michelle/Jennifer/Lea from La parisienne, Yonah and his colleagues from security, PIYASEELI from housekeeping.

Always I feel at home when I coming to this hotel. Club Lounge people always knows what I like. May, always make sure my pasta serve perfectly and her service is always great, very good and professional. Irany always serve with a smile and Aprilya also. Leah in the coffee shop is very good also. I coming always because of the staff in this hotel.

During the last visit the executive lounge removed the buffet. The staff in the lounge are excellent but unfortunately the buffet in the evening is now sun standard. There was no valid reason given for the change in the way it had become. With the choice of hotels in Doha please don’t be surprised if guest start looking at alternative arrangements for their stays here.

I have been a resident of this hotel for almost 2 years. The hotel debited an extra 4500qar from my credit card on my last rent. While mistake happen, sales, reception, finance team do not take any ownership in the follow up of my refund . I have been told that money will be refunded in 3 days beofre I leave the country. I reported this was not done, I have been told it takes 2 weeks, i reported after 2weeks no money . I was told 3 weeks, and STILL NO MONEY. No one is following up on my case, no one cares . The sales teams has always been useless on 2 years but this is now reaching another level woth all your commercial team!
I have left the country now and I am forced to follow up constantly before my bank account is closed . How is this acceptable ??

Perfect stay. Staff very professional and helpful. In particular, we would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Ali Fouani and his team for the exceptional support provided.
We were really pleased with our stay at the Hotel as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities required for a restful stay. The staff at the reception is very helpful, always smiling and supportive.

Wonderful hotel, staff was very friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Mr. Innocent for providing generous help with bags and offering help at any moment if needed. Reception staff outdid themselves by giving me a big room with an incredible view over Doha that resembled a painting.
The hotel is HUGE and all services we tried were absolutely outstanding from the steakhouse to the French restaurant to the Shisha Lounge in the lobby.
The gym is spacious and located on the top floor boasting great views, pool area is rather small, water temperature could be cooler and more sunbeds would be appreciated, again great staff though.
The Club Lounge was exceptional, vast selection of beverages and food, to the point were the evening snacks buffet felt like a proper dinner buffet.
Will be back, thank you.
