My stay was average. While the room initially appeared clean, I noticed a large collection of dust and dirt on the curtains when I pulled them open. Additionally, I found hair on some of the towels in the bathroom, which is a major pet peeve of mine.
On my last day, I went to breakfast and was disappointed by the service. The server took our drink order but then took a long time to come back and take our food order. Even when I tried to get his attention, he rushed past us, saying, “just a second.” After placing our order, we waited for 30 minutes without receiving our food. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after us were served and had even finished their meals. Several of his other customers also had trouble with him not taking their orders, and they had to ask the hostess for help. At one point, the server even lied, claiming he didn’t know he was responsible for their table, despite having already served them water. Ultimately, I walked out without eating. Even though I paid for the meal package. Upon check out the receptionist stated all she could do was take off a $27 overage of the meal for the previous day. Mind you my meal package was for two people. Overall my experience was average.

This was our second time staying here and I’m not sure we would stay again. We had an unfavorable check in experience with May. She was incredibly rude. We ended up speaking to someone else (Emanuel) and he was amazing and rectified the situation.
However, the Americano seemed very unprepared for brunch on Sunday that began at 11:30. We ended up not being able to wait to order because it took so long. We were not upset but we gave up at 12:15 when we had yet to order because we had other things planned for the day.

I must say that this location is similar to the New Orleans as far as the bed. The beds are hard where we need a topper to soften the beds. Everything else was very good from the club floor to the room. I have back pin but I know it’s uncomfortable when my wife wakes up and her hips hurt.

My recent stay was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that continued throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any request and ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views and all the amenities I could have asked for. Everything was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the accommodation.

The facilities at Intercontinental were top-notch, from the relaxing pool area to the well-equipped fitness center. I also took advantage of Guest lounge and spa.
Overall, I can't recommend Intercontinental highly enough. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return for another stay in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable! But most of all I would like to Thank Fred !

When you pull up to this location your at a loss, maybe for what you may see inside the valet is so amazing you walk in and you see these beautiful, high ceilings, glistening chandelier a beautiful seating area with a fireplace that looks inviting!! ! each area of this magnificent hotel has texture and color, beautiful artwork and then to walk into the room and have a velvet sofa amazing soft pillows. I may just texture everywhere really beautifully elegant space then the view was magnificent seeing the city from high up I don’t know I just don’t have any complaints. Besides, I wasn’t aware that I could’ve got breakfast so I didn’t eat food from the actual hotel. I’m very appreciative for the time there and the experience. Oh I forgot the pool and the Jacuzzi our top notch so clean on showers outside bar outside very beautiful location that I will be visiting again

I booked a weekend trip here to celebrate my wife and I 10 year anniversary. I had decorations dropped up and decided last minute to upgrade to a king suite …. EVERYTHING was stellar the staff was friendly and added a personal touch. My wife was totally shocked and surprised with everything. We had brunch at the restaurant located in the hotel and it was an awesome experience and the food was exceptional… we will definitely be back.

Checked in at the front desk. The young lady that helped me her name was May she made the trip very memorable, was very courteous and explaining all the amenities and everything the hotel had to offer. Recognized my status, and immediately upgraded the room.
