Stay many times in this IC Foshan. It was during crowded period due to the various exhibitions and flood of tourists from HK & MC.
Mr Adam was very caring, accommodating and made everything easy for our family. My compliments go to him and his team for the great services delivered.

Fantastic place, I lost my ID but got mailed back promptly.

Pros: - The lake view rooms have excellent views of the lake - Breakfast buffet is great with both western and local varieties and a dedicated less crowded member area - Got room upgrade to lake view room as platinum member - Very nice gym with large swimming pool
Cons: - The check in procedure is very slow and they don't have enough staffs and took a long time to check in - The staff was not familiar with the room type and gave me a wrong room so I had to change room later wasting more time - I didn't get my welcome fruit - The gym area is having renovation and quite messy. - Swimming pool is not heated so only warm enough to swim during summer. - Carpet has some stain marks here and there

The duty Manager at The Club Lounge, Mavis surprised me and my sons with my favorite dessert last night (mango tart) with a sweet note in my room❤️🌹. In no other hotel have I continuously experienced such kindness and importance as this property! I am glad to stay longer and longer because of people like May or Mavis (two if them are named Mavis in the hotel).
Any business will benefit greatly to have someone as professional and kind as her. And hardworking,too!

These days, its always fantastic to discover a great hotel and this is definitely the case. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent English spoken by the majority of staff. Especially impressed by Miss Cony on the Front Desk who went beyond her normal duties to help me with various matters. Looking forward to returning there soon!

I have been loyally staying at this hotel since 2019 even tho it is far from the factories and shops of my suppliers. I choose this hotel because of the professionalism and kindness of the staff since the very first night I soent hete. While there is another intercontinental closer to some of my suppliers…i believe that the relationship I have developed with Mr.Wang, the GM and his team is crucial to the success of my business travels.
I specially wanted to thank GM Wang for accommodating my visitors from Shandong and Sz at a good location in the hotel for the very important meeting we need to do that day.
Kudos to ihg for hiring the best team in the hospitality industry!

十多年的老酒店，在这个更新换代极快的时代，硬件设施及装饰风格略显陈旧却是无可避免。但由各位工作人员带来的真挚服务依然令人喜出望外。
