If I got room upgrade
Body wash in the shower bottle empty
Amenity wasn't there I had to call to get it
Need to look after your loyal guest
The electric in the room go off and on !!

Great service from the check in time which I really appreciate the receptionist which allocate a nice room and gave me some advices and amazing room service associates which they were fully aware about their product.
Will visit again soon!

Had an amazing stay with my family 12~16 September 2024 at InterContinental Doha Beach.
As a big fan and IHG member, we experienced outstanding luxiury from complimentary valet parking and excellent reception and concierge service to top-notch Amenities, kids’ activities, and private beach. All in All Delivered exceptional service Luxurious hospitality at its finest!

Had an amazing family stay in September 2024 at the InterContinental Doha Beach. As a big fan and IHG member, we enjoyed outstanding luxury—from complimentary valet parking and excellent reception and concierge services to top-notch amenities, kids’ activities, and the private beach. The VIP Club Lounge, room service, housekeeping, and the CORAL Restaurant all delivered exceptional service. Luxurious hospitality at its finest! Definitely coming back again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was impeccably clean, modern, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay.
The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing .
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. They made sure all of my needs were met and offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining.
The location is also ideal, with easy access to public transportation and many of the city’s main attractions within walking distance. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

I am a long stay guest in intercontinental and after a while, I felt the staff like my family. They are always nice, friendly and smily. It doesn’t matter, if they are tired, exhausted or sweaty. I really enjoyed the 5 stars hotel service specially the valets and housekeeping. My children loved the kids club and always want to Meriam. She was really lovely to my children like the most of stuff. I d like to give a special thanks to her, Martin, Mahmoudi and to housekeeping Addib.
I am looking forward to my next journey in your hotel with my family 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Service was excellent the hotel is very nice with the beach and the pool and facilities- i came to reception and spoke to edward and he helped us with many issues and he was professional i would recommend this property and definitely will come back
