Pero: me parece que le hace falta mantenimiento. Por ejemplo uno de los elevadores se descompuso , cuando ambos funcionan son lentos y uno de ellos se ve viejo.
Otra cosa es que le pasillo donde está el piso con alfombra huele a humedad.
Las habitaciones se ven viejas. En términos generales el hotel está bonito y su servicio es bueno si embargo me parece que le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel

Excelente personal, excelentes instalaciones, el desayuno es espectacular, la piscina es enorme. Me hicieron sentir como en casa

I would recommend staying at this hotel. The staff as excellent. They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable
The only thing I didn’t like about hotel was their mattresses they are the old spring mattresses. You would think for a nice hotel they would at least get better ones.
Overall this place as well worth the stay.

En general la atención del personal es excelente y el hotel es bueno sin ser espectacular, claramente le hace falta una renovación completa en las habitaciones.
En nuestro caso tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente todos los días , simplemente tardaba de 15 a 25 minutos en salir agua lo cual representa un claro desperdicio de agua tener que esperar por tanto tiempo con las llaves abiertas (esta fue la solución del personal de mantenimiento) , hubo un día en el que realizaron mantenimiento y no fuimos notificados , estuvimos esperando agua caliente por más de una hora hasta que marcamos a recepción y nos avisaron que estaban en mantenimiento hasta mediodía , por esta razón perdimos dos horas esperando bañarnos y aún después del mantenimiento seguía sin salir agua caliente de forma correcta y rápida

I stayed few days in the hotel and it was a great customer service, i loved the swimming pool and the restaurants/bars. I would like to mention Daniel Caicedo and Isabella Valencia, they were great always willing to help and very supportive. I will definitely come back!

Hotel staff is very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was great too,I would like to point out the 2 receptionists Daniel Caicedo and Isabella Valencia, they were really professional and helpful. I will definitely come back to this great hotel.

I cannot thank the staff and this hotel for an amazing stay. My upgrade was to a lush suite. The food at the restaurants was great! Loved their pizzeria. Breakfast was great.
Mi hijo would have loved this place!
