I have been choosing only Intercontinental whenever I stay in Suzhou. Somehow this time the experience was not so great. Every time in the breakfast I hardly struggle to get water , the staff asks for coffee or tea and when we ask for water they could not understand and atleast 3 times in my 6 days of stay this happened. They are not attentive nor understand basic English. May be a trivial issue but I connect it to service. We were 4 people that stayed together in same kind of room but the fruit platters / welcome snacks was provided only to one or two on the first day .. it was also replenished for one later for couple of times. It’s not about the food or snacks it’s about the service and treatment. We would never experienced this if we had not stayed in a group. We were also trying to check if we could have same floors but they didn’t even bother to check and were simply put in different floors. I am a gold card member like 25+ nights within one year and was not happy with the experience

I stayed at this hotel and accidentally scalded my hand in the morning; at first the person on phone didn’t help but after the second phone call the manager was involved and helped me purchased a cream from internet; also assisted to send the breakfast to my room; when I went to the breakfast the following day they also accompanied me to take the food so that I don’t have to use my injured hand

酒店员工能够提供周到的服务,及时解决客户的问题,如调整空调设置等,以及因为介意浴室花洒的水流有点小致电前台立即派工程部予以调整到了最佳状态,例如会员客房升级也给了满意的房间。
在洲际的行政酒廊,餐厅提供了各种美味佳肴,令人满意,和以往其他洲际的行政酒廊相比同,欢乐时光的菜肴及其丰富,如果客人有特殊饮食要求,餐厅也能满足他们。
在服务方面,酒店员工态度友好热情,看得出受过专业的培训
