Hice check out el viernes 19 de Abril de la han 1302, no funcionaba el l aire acondicionado y se humedeció toda la alfombra, espero la puedan arreglar..
Six nights in Puebla

This was our first trip to Puebla. We came for the food and culture and were not disappointed. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the center (), but taxis and Uber are super cheap.
My wife and I are Diamond Ambassadors and have stayed in many Intercontinental Hotels throughout the world. Here is our take on the Puebla Intercontinental. The lobby is beautiful - one of the best anywhere. The pool is very nice and welcome after a day of exploring the city. The room was OK. Frankly, we expected a little bit more of an upgrade, but it was adequate.
Where the property absolutely shines is in the service of the staff. You could tell that the restaurant staff especially took pride in both their level of service and in the food they offered. This wasn’t hotel food - it was top tier restaurant quality food. Special praise to Israel the Maitre d, to our waiters (especially Alphonso!), to the restaurant desk host Marianna, to the pool bartender Marco and really all of the caring staff throughout the hotel. Front desk, maids, and management. Bravo!

Las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento. La calefacción no funcionaba, las almohadas de muy mala calidad, toallas deshilachándose. Te obligan a pagar por servicio de estacionamiento. Muy mala experiencia. No regresaré

Es war ein sehr angenehmes Wohnung wie zu Hause. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel und sicher
No IHG rewards and check out receipt didn’t match with charge on AMEX

One of the worse IHG hotel… receipt didn’t match with checkout receipt it delayed my expense report and had to respond to many question on my company and my boss. Necker stay on this facility Presidente Intercontinental Puebla

Desde el arribo, se destaca el esmero del personal en dar una excelente atención, Valet parking...Recepción, Restaurante...Housekeeping...etc.
De todos los Hoteles Intercontinental, en los cuales me he alojado, este en particular , en mi opinión personal, esta entre los que brindan una mejor atención a sus pasajeros.

We have had great experiences in prior Intercontinental hotels but this visit was not as exceptional. The lobby was very beautiful, however, the room was very basic and did not match the extravagance and beauty of the lobby and common areas. The carpet was heavily stained in our room 1319 and the bath tub had holes and stains and was an awkward design. The best parts of our visit included the soft pillows, the valet attendants, the toiletries, and the ease of check in and check out. Unfortunately, the front desk attendants did not initially give us the warm welcome we expected as platinum members, and my husband has ambassador status and the reservation was under his name. However, when I asked about it they assured us our rooms at the Club level (3rd) were upgraded, but the rooms are tired, worn, and small. The walls are very thin and we had trouble sleeping when out neightbors were talking later at night. We got much better rooms in Barcelo in MX city without having membership status. We got mineral water one day out of three, and the $20 hotel voucher after I asked for it. We paid for the Ambassador status for this visit but it was clear that because our stay was on reward points that we were not going to get the same attention had we paid for the rooms. The restaurant food was average at best, the prices were high and it took >30 min to get our food except for one breakfast meal. We would only stay here if the rooms were better.
