Don’t know where to start.
From the welcoming to the sadly goodbye everything was amazing.
Breakfast buffet is just amazing.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel and had the pleasure of dining at their breakfast restaurant, Pinto. The experience was outstanding! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making each morning a delight.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mam for her exceptional kindness and the thoughtful gift, as well as to the entire staff for their attentive and courteous service. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

Upon check-in, I was quite disappointed to find that the staff did not mention whether any upgrade of my room despite he did issue me a welcome letter for Ambassador guest which did state my benefits as an Ambassador. Quite upset all that guaranteed benefits I need to ask him one by one by myself. And subsequently my late check out request been rejected as well. The check-in process was not smooth, and the staff appeared unclear about the workflow. This left a poor first impression of your hotel. Imagine if you just took long flight and 45mins ride from airport to arrive here, and the hotel to welcome you in these way, I would blame myself why choose here and swear not to come back again.
However, I would like to express my gratitude to guest relations manager, Franky. He is definitely an extraordinary staff who was exceptionally helpful in resolving all the problems I encountered. His professionalism and attentiveness did impress me. Indeed turn this disaster a pleasant journey in the end. Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Really appreciated!!!
Additionally, I would like to commend Matthew, staff from Pine restaurant. He was very friendly, remembered our names, and even recognized our previous orders, so able to give better suggestion to fit our tastes. This personal touch significantly enhanced our experience.
While my initial impression was not positive, the efforts of Franky and Matty improved our overall stay. I hope that you will address the check-in issues to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. And hope able to expand my appreciation to Franky and Matty.

I spend only 1 nights in international Phuket but it feel very lovely
Thank to Khun Ice at reception with the warm welcome and offer so many things for me, I love the welcome amenities and check in process is not to long
I also do a massage (highly recommended Khun Tata) she come with full knowledge and also take a good care during the treatment
The breakfast is also highly recommended
And thank to Khun Ice again for making my trip so much memorable ;)

Upon check in, was assisted by Bonus from Front Desk, and Jern who escorted me to the room. It was all a very pleasant stay, and everyone has been wonderful.
Bonus remembers me when I came back and also wish me a Happy Birthday on my actual day and sent up a cake to my room.
Loved the entire hotel being very cosy, and really love the breakfast at Pinto, as well as Jaras, loved the Tom Kha Gai as well as the crab donut. Would be happy to go back to stay again in the future.
Only issue i faced was there was maintenance ongoing so the lifts were not working for the day, so I had to climb the stairs up and down.
Everything else was smooth and enjoying

Celebrated anniversary with my partner at the intercontinental resort in Phuket.
I had the most memorable experience I’ve ever had with IHG hotels and also in general.
The staff was always welcoming and happy, the room was cozy and luxurious, and the food in the hotel’s restaurants was divine.

Love the Thai- inspired design of the resort very much, particularly a must-visit, Siam Pavilion located at the center of the resort. Staying here gives you a unique blend of Mountain and Beach vibes which is very rare to find from other resorts in Phuket. You only need to spend time exploring at the property to experience thé impeccable service from the lovely and professional staff here.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and a credit to the IHG brand!
Special thanks goes out to Franky and Koi at the reception both members of staff provided service with a smile that was 2nd to none, also Nana who looked after us in the beach champagne bar was so kind and sweet.
In summary, this hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in ……. Noting yes the hotel rooms and amenities were 1st class but more to the point the staff were compete professionals and that is what makes this hotel stand out from the crowd!
Can’t wait to return !!!!!
