Exceptional Stay with Unmatched Hospitality in Muscat

I had an exceptional stay at the intercontinental in Muscat. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, whose professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Omani charm.
My room was spacious, impeccably clean, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious international and local dishes that showcased the best of Omani cuisine.
The location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to major attractions like the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and Mutrah Souq. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

I had a great and relaxing stay at this hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing. Club Lounge Team made my stay more memorable as they are well engage to the guest and provide excellent service and also help you of your needs and explore the city. When I arrived unfortunately the front desk staff resist to upgrade my room yet he knew that I’m an Elite Platinum member moreover reservation staff at the IHG call center requested an upgrade! Consequently after long discussion Mr Hussam stepped in and resolved all concerns with my personal appreciation to Mr Hussam who represents an IHG hospitality and do deserve a recognition from the hotel management cuz he strives to satisfy hotel guest !

An exceptional stay at the intercontinental Muscat Hotel.
I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for the following employees for their kindness, professionalism and cooperation during my stay.
Abdulrahim, Sheikha, Ruqaiah, Faisal and April; who I dealt with through out my stay enquiries who genuinely displayed their professionalism and commitment to deliver the best experience that was unmatched in comparison to my stays with other hotels across the world. I would like to sincerely thank them along with the remainder of the hotel’s management who managed to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
I would also like to say thank you to all members of staff in house keeping and who were very friendly and professional.
I honestly would like to extend my sincere thanks for the intercontinental team that have made my stay a brilliant one and i will definitely be revisiting the hotel thanks to team’s true hospitality.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Intercontinental in Maskat und möchten uns insbesondere bei Ruqailla an der Rezeption bedanken. Sie war so gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Unseren Kindern hat am besten der große Pool und das gigantische Frühstücksbuffet gefallen. Da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.
