  • From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was friendly and attended to my needs quickly. The room was clean and very comfortable. I faced the park so I had an awesome view which made it even more pleasant. Room service was also great. It was delivered timely and the food was delicious. Housekeeping also was very friendly. I would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mexico City.
