• Advance bookings to be made in order to avoid disappointment.
• Late Arrival – The treatment may be shortened should there be another booking immediately thereafter.
• Cancellation – In consideration for other spa guests, a minimum of 2 hours notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. No –shows or appointments cancelled within 2 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Children under 16 years of age are not permitted into the Spa.
• Open daily from 10:30am to 11:00pm. Last appointment is at 10:30pm.
