Enjoyable yet Disappointing

1st and foremost the staff,from to bell service desk at the entrance to the front desk, to the housekeeping etc make you feel welcomed. All were knowledgeable and helpful with local dining in town attractions where to shop etc
The room gives you the feeling of a 5 star hotel, the high quality wood and interior design is exactly what we looked for. We wanted to feel like we are somewhere else
The grounds are beautiful with mature tropical plantings. The landscape architect was excellent in his/her choice’s and layering of foliage and they are exceptionally maintained, even see an occasional lizard to keep the bugs out.
Our one issue and it’s a major one for us as we enjoy strolling the grounds all the designed creeks and water falls ( except at the main breakfast/ dining building we’re all shut down and have been for months perhaps years. Over growing and full of debris
The beautiful adult outdoor pool was closed. None of this was disclosed at time of booking
The cleanliness of the room I rated 3 due to a centipede in the dressing room (my wife would have had a major issue with that, however i removed the little darling before she seen it) also there was puddles of water on the floor near the bathroom when we arrived not the perfect way to possibly slip fall and break a bone we had housekeeper clean it up
The breakfast was good quality and nice selection the VIP lounge was minimal this is an upgrade option and usually only one of the dishes prepared was good, much improvement can be focused on here….
The indoor pool is nice, and the weight room etc is adequate feels like your workout is in a jungle, that was very nice
Therefore with the pools ponds centipede and food I can’t give it 5 Stars
I will return perhaps the creeks and pools were down for rebuilding???
I tried posting photos however I shoot highdef and only 10mb is allowed

活动很多，还有管家服务，非常适合家庭出游，酒店的风景也很不错。前台专业热情，房间很大，床品舒服，赠送的拍摄服务很满意，妆造和摄影师都非常认真负责。

酒店环境很好 像花园一样是傣王宫的旧址占地面积400亩 入住期间Lydia高提供帮助 跟进入住的体验！小朋友活动很多非常有当地风情特色 住的满意~

泼水节入住的，很难忘的一次旅行。特别喜欢酒店的泰餐厅。酒店很大，工作人员也很友善。

整体不错，部分细节需要加强，早餐的品种及品质也有待提高。公共设施部分建议多增加灭蚊除虫设备，实在很多蚊子和虫类。。

环境让人放松，很舒适的体验。但是，我的需求是休闲，所以感觉游泳池的设计很不足，使用时间呆板，游泳池的氛围没有出来，也就缺少了休闲的意境。中餐厅很好，可是有的座位没有照明的灯，还有酒吧的啤酒节价格398元和狂欢时间不太对等。其他都好，还会来。

中国国庆长假期间，去云南西双版纳旅游三天和朋友入住了西双版纳避寒皇冠假日酒店，从入住开始到酒店餐厅，行政酒廊，SPA，客房服务均超出我的预期，非常感谢；唯一遗憾：第一晚没有配赠水果盘，致电客房中心也得不到解决！

晚餐后外面下雨，小朋友没地方去，餐厅工作人员马上就告诉我们餐厅有个儿童乐园，小朋友在那玩得很开心。酒店的环境像公园一样。
