感谢酒店礼宾部的四位朋友

我在大连洲际酒店的入住体验非常美好，特别想表扬一下礼宾部的四位服务人员：Jenny、Brynn、Xena和Dainie。她们的服务简直无可挑剔，非常周到贴心！特别感谢酒店送的大蛋糕，是六寸加高款，非常精致。
那天晚上因为蛋糕在九点多送来，我担心放到凌晨吹蜡烛会融化，没想到酒店非常贴心地主动提出帮我把蛋糕拿回礼宾处，晚一点再送来。最后，他们在23:50准时送到，真是考虑得非常周到！
还要特别感谢Betty，她帮助我预定了酒店，全程提供了非常专业的协助，让我的入住体验更加顺利。
总的来说，这是一次非常美好的入住体验！感谢大连洲际酒店全体员工的出色服务。

大连的洲际酒店令人印象深刻。这次是带家人一起来，从到达酒店门口开始就给我们宾至如归的亲切感，因为携带了非常沉重的多个大行李箱，礼宾部工作人员孙勇和李想在我们入住和离店时全程主动帮我们搬运，前台的Brynn也非常专业迅速的协助我们办理入住并介绍酒店设施。特别要手动点赞的是酒店的宾客关系主任Grace赵珊珊，看我们带了孩子特意安排升级了房型。主动关心孩子的需求，还帮我把遗漏在酒店的贵重物品保存并邮寄给我。酒店的房间也是非常宽敞，干净卫生，卫浴设施和硬件都不错。还有游泳池，非常适合带孩子来住。还有酒店餐厅的早餐很丰富，餐饮服务也周到细致。下次还会选择入住大连洲际酒店。
设施：虽旧但是品牌和维护都很好。
卫生：非常干净整洁
环境：舒适优雅，雍容华贵
服务：无愧于洲际品牌，大连顶流

在入住期间获得了不错的体验！前台员工热情，早餐丰富。尤其是行政酒廊，服务贴心周到，餐食新鲜美味，日后会再次光顾

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was pleasant. However I sent an email before I stayed, but unfortunately didn’t receive any reply. This was a bit disappointing as timely communication is crucial.
Despite this I must extend my special thanks to the concierge Yong Sun, for his exceptional assistance during my stay. His service certainly made up for the initial communication gap.

Our 2 nights stay is all worthwhile. Our room is big and the the beds are just nice and enough for 4 of us. I like their toilet and bath. It’s just that on our 2nd day I do not know what happened but the water on the shower is extremely hot, even if you already turn it to cold temp. Our room is well maintained and clean. Thanks to Cheng Xiuli (I do not know if this is the right translation) who did a good job cleaning our room. Overall our experience is great! Recommending this hotel.

酒店整体性价比很好，ci的前台态度很好，提前一天帮忙升级角套。但是不足有两点 1房间有股味道，空调冷气不足；2早餐餐厅秩序十分混乱，餐厅员工完全无服务意识

由于经常出差大连，ihg 酒店再大连可选择的不多，唯一符合要求的只有这家洲际，但也是我体验最差的洲际酒店，前台每次排队办理入住，没有专属通道提供，入住效率较慢，房间和楼层通达有异味，类似狐臭，早餐种类多，但缺乏品质，无酒店等级并不匹配，泳池里的水应该没有按时更换，有严重异味

had good time during stay.
when check in, the stuff was very friendly and kind, i remember her name is Grace, she arranged good rooms for me and my parents next to each other so I can look after them.
I told the receptionist that my parents will have a body checkup the next day , need some bottles of water to drink the medicine, then we got 14 bottles water delivered into our room, it helped my parents a lot and enough to drink the medicine. thanks a lot again.
Breakfast was quite good with various options.

This hotel has perfect location - righ at the center of traditional downtown area and surrounded by historical buildings; easy to dig for food, experience the beauty of this northern city and feel its passionate. Great view from the windows to see the city skyline. Every hotel staff is thoughtful and friendly, from front desk to restaurant waitress/ manager. Though I can't say the hotel has the modernest decoration but, you can see all the facilities are maintained very well and the bathroom is fantastic. I would defenitely chosse InterContinental Dalian again if I'd visit this city next time.

服务很周到，及时帮忙免费升级房间，问题很快解决，非常感谢！餐厅饭菜可口，早餐中餐种类较多，选择性比较大，吃的很可口。但是浴室设施有故障，影响使用，略感遗憾！

办理入住时员工态度很不好，我是通过网络平台在线预订并支付房费的，当我提出需要开具发票时被告知不能开具原因不是直接前台付款要我联系付款方。很是不解！沟通后又告知可以开具当我提出质疑时没有道歉反而态度恶劣！非常差的入住体验，同时员工也没有第一时间识别出我的会员身份。入住房间空调不能使用，房间非常热。提出质疑后给与的解决办法就是提供冷风机，但是效果不好整晚睡眠质量非常差。会员承诺的入住免费水果也没有提供。总之是一次非常差的入住体验！

地理位置很好，出门交通非常方便
升到了商务房，房间非常宽敞，而且在高楼层，可以直接看到海
早餐人太多，排队排了近一刻钟，吃完时候，门口还有差不多同样长的队伍
另外最后会员积分不对，少了200来分
