I actually stayed at IC Chengdu Century City before way back in 2015 with my family. I still fondly remember the excellent service and good quality room service back then. Since I urgently needed a room in South Chengdu for that night, I considered IC century city over for example, IC global centre because of my previous experience 9 years ago, even when it costs slightly more.
I also wish to commend a member of staff working in concerige, Bai Qiu. Right after I left the reception area after checking-in, he rushed to help me with my luggage. I told him he did not need to but he kept politely insisting. So I agreed and he escorted me to my room. Even though it was not his fault, he was very apologetic that my room did not have a luggage rack, so he quickly got housekeeping to deliver one and made sure to place my luggage on the rack after it had arrived. He also asked me if I had anything else I needed help with. Since he was so friendly and willing to help, I asked for his name to write a good review about him.
I would love to stay at IC Century City again soon when I next visit Chengdu.

Excellent customer service, great and friendly staff - clean and comfortable rooms. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed with so far! In close proximity to Global Center, the area is safe, hip and trendy. Special thanks to Mike for the hospitality, you went above and beyond! 谢谢! We will definitely go back!

所有的工作人员都礼貌友善
服务态度都很不错 。
大堂都有请人来弹奏美妙的音乐
行政酒廊食物都没有盖，很多小昆虫飞来飞去。前一晚在行政酒廊吃东西，隔天早餐做回一样的位置，发现那把刀是昨天用过，没有洗的。
客房的浴缸还是一如既往的肮脏，根本不敢泡澡。

早餐没一样好吃的，想要泡澡，可是浴缸又很脏，客房桌子也没有擦。 去酒店的一家中餐厅只有乳鸽好吃，剩下的都不好吃。
工作人员服务态度热情有礼貌 、酒店大堂有音乐伴奏非常加分。

和家人临时住两天，钻石卡定了双床房按最低标准升了一级。整体体验一般般，但绝的时竟然给了一间浴缸排水处坏掉的房间，不仅浴缸无法使用，更绝的是淋浴房的蓬头是固定在墙上无法取下来的。所以导致的结果就是洗澡就必须洗头，可是小朋友并不需要天天洗头，关键是反馈了问题，也没人解决和更换房间……钻石卡都这样，不敢想普通入住体验能差成什么样……
服务很好，房间很舒适，酒廊服务很棒

位置很好，机场下高速可以马上到达，整体整体入住体验很棒，在酒廊有很好的服务，酒品也都不错 。
相比对面的环球中心的洲际，服务&基础设施好很多。

非常推荐这家酒店，因为对会员非常友好，服务热情。响应快速，下午到店入住，升级的房间非常大，虽然酒店有些年头，但是体验仍然非常不错。欢迎水果，该有的都有，在酒廊办理入住，前台办理退房，都很热情。早餐的选择也非常多样。 非常推荐入住，期待下次再来成都入住世纪城洲际。

这次入住体验非常差，我跟我的两位同事一起入住酒店，我与其中一位同事在下午办好入住，询问前台是否可以把第三位同事的房卡先给到我，前台回复说不需要，等第三位同事到前台就能直接拿房卡。我第三位同事于晚上11.30到酒店，在前台拿房卡居然需要我提供订单截图，拿到房卡之后，前台给的是我另一个同事的房间，在我另一个同事已经入住的情况下，半夜刷开了他的房门。这是一次非常严重的失职，如果我的同事是一男一女，这将有可能构成性骚扰！并且此时酒店正在接待全世界汤尤杯的运动员，如果我的男同事半夜闯进了海外女运动员的房间，会是一起严重的外交事件！请酒店和洲际集团务必严肃对待！

往年每次来成都，都会入住此酒店。酒店热情的服务每次给我留下深刻印象。这次四年之后再次入住，感觉服务质量下降很多，以往的热情不见了，所有员工碰到客人，没有一个主动打招呼或者笑脸相迎，给人一种冷漠的感觉。当然房间和早餐还是不错的，就是员工服务质量下降明显。希望做出改变。
