Panoramic views of Xiang River from balcony room

Fabulous river views from king premium balcony room. Large room and separate shower and bath with views. Was able to watch NYE fireworks from the balcony. Ambassador status recognized and room was upgraded. Check in staff also provided late check out automatically. Cleaning staff was excellent. Lounge has good views of the Changsha Museum. Chinese dishes are better than western and Japanese ones. Food variety could be further improved. Overall, a great stay and would gladly return.

Many thanks to Guest Relations Manager Joe Zhu for upgrading us to a king premium balcony room with panoramic views of the Xiang River despite the peak holiday seasons. Watched great fireworks from our balcony on NYE! Great cleaning staff who left a card for us after the first night. Lounge also has great views and provided a more personalized service for breakfast, though Chinese dishes are better than Western or Japanese ones and the lounge could further improve food variety compared to the buffet breakfast on the ground floor cafe. Staff promptly recognized RA status and provided late checkout and other benefits. Pool and gym facilities are good as well. Hotel connects to a big shopping mall providing great convenience. It is right next to a promenade that is great for joggers. Kudos to the team and would gladly return if we end up in Changsha again.

Due to my own inability to travel, I booked this hotel for my family members to use during the long weekend holiday Qingming Holiday.
Because of the delicious food Changsha has to offer, they did not order food and drinks from the hotel, hence, cannot comment on their spread.
Location: Location is excellent, on the bank of Xiang river, 10-15 min drive to Yuelu Mountain and Wuyi Plaza, few minutes walk to blocks of street vendors serving delicous Hunan cuisine, it's perfect if you want to eat, shop, and enjoy all the sights Changsha has to offer.
Amenities: My family traveled with 4 young children, after stuffing themselves with delicious food, what better way to enjoy a nice afternoon than swim in their pool. They all enjoyed their stay immensely. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, toiletry items well stocked.
Service: Staff were kind and considerate, and left welcome cards on the beds with surprise trinkets. It may have to do with being a member of IHG group, but it's free to sign up.
Changsha is an up-and-coming city with much to see and eat, and this hotel is the best place to stay. There's a st. regis in the city too, but too far from the food and attractions.

长沙洲际距离市区稍微有一点距离，可能因为周围还没有完全开发，所以的士并不是很多，但是礼宾服务能弥补这些不足，哪怕是等一个小时，也只是短暂的等待而已。
服务很好，但性价比不是特别高。

一流的服务一流的硬件，但作为在长沙的国际五星级酒店，目前的房价性价比并不是特别的高。所以，在长沙而言，市场竞争没有太大的优势。在这点上，酒店必须充分考虑到目前的实际的情况加以适时调整。

浴室的变色玻璃比较有趣，但是浴缸里的斑斑点点一点都不像一个五星级酒店的配备，给人的感觉是很脏，虽然工作人员有解释说是施工的过程中损坏了浴缸的表面，但是作为一个有洁癖的人，我是不会使用这个浴缸的。

服务上感觉还行，餐品的多样性需要有待加强！
互联网的速度很不错，电视频道的选择上不够，节目数量需要增加。

新店开业前去入住，并未像其他朋友说的那样有过多的气味，还好。酒店内部整体不错，隔音效果也很好，视野较好。希望进一步提高员工培训。同时，更好地提供对会员的服务。

對新開業的酒店來說,酒店的服務人員相當優秀,可見訓練有素,早餐項目及品質很好,房間明亮度很舒適,整體而言非常之好,跟其他地區洲際酒店相比較,服務非常好,令我印象深刻! 謝謝!
另提,此次酒店對新加入會員立即有會員卡,我申請的會員卡至金尚未收到,只能使用從網路上下載紙張,能否補寄會員卡給我呢?謝謝!

酒店的唯一不足之处在于地理位置，比较偏，由于是新开酒店，知道的出租车司机比较少。甚至连导航中也尚未有酒店的位置。这使得第一次来酒店的客人有点尴尬。
酒店的整体装饰是现代的，很有特色，大堂里的菊花石和暗色调，让人已进入酒店就感觉很不一般。
客房设施很齐全也很新，保持了洲际一贯的风格。
在酒店用了一次晚餐，叫了一次客房送餐，服务都很满意且到位。由于国庆期间人比较多，早餐的餐厅环境还是有点乱，但是可以被接受和理解。
总体的体验很不错。
