As a Platinum Member I booked 4 nights with my collected points at this Hotel and it was an unforgettable stay. We've got an upgrade for an ocean view room and the service was always very friendly and perfect. The beach and relaxing zones are perfect organized and WLAN is everywhere. The food at the Restaurant was very delicerious and especially for lunch a with a good value. There is unfortunately no SPA at the Hotel, but you will get at a separate tent on the beach a pretty good massage. The main access to the swimming pool and beach area is hard to go for handicap people, because several stairs needs to pass. Finally the Lobby, Bar and Reception area looks complete renovated and is well designed. We enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward for a next vacation at this Hotel.

I cannot recommend his hotel high enough. The Staff: they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Naomi at the beach restaurat was fabulous. She took her time with our children and spoke to them in English and Spanish. Our kids asked to have dinner there almost every night. Jesus and Carlos were great bringing us food and drinks on the beach. Humberto at the concierge's desk was also very helpful. The turn down service was great. The kids loved getting chocolates every night. The Beach: Because you are at the top of the "7", the beach is protected by Isla Mujeres. This means its calm, wide and crystal blue. Accommodations: We had 2 connecting rooms for a family of 6 on the 9th floor overlooking the crystal blue waters. Perfect.

How memorable can a three-day stay in Cancun be? Turns out, very, especially when you stay at the Presidente Cancun Resort. And here's how: the people make service and kindness their number one priority, the beach and view are beautiful, and the food is delicious. From the moment Vivian checked us in at reception, I knew we would be well taken care of. The General Manager greeted us and Benjamin made sure we were comfortably set up in our room. That night, I had the most delicious fish, recommended by Jose, our waiter. Without question, this is the best place to stay in Cancun.
