Erstklassiges Hotel mit tollem Service

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind auch in diesem Jahr restlos zufrieden: komfortables und großes Zimmer, sehr schöne Anlage, bester Service, gutes Essen insbesondere in den Spezialitätenrestaurants. Vielen Dank an Ishrat und Kevin für die bevorzugte Behandlung.

I am IHG Ambassador from 2008 and this hotel is one of the best in all my history.
Nobody is perfect but Concierge Manager Kevin and Front Desk Manager Ishrat are doing perfect job for all Clients, mostly for Loyal Clients.
I am recommending this Intercontinental as the best option in Africa from now.

Permettez moi d’abord de vous présenter mes excuses concernant le retour extrêmement tardif.
En effet nous avons eu le plaisir, ma conjointe et moi de vous visiter en février 2024 et nous avons été plus que ravis de notre séjour d’une semaine dans votre établissement.
La localisation de l’hôtel, les installations, la diversité des restaurants et que dire de votre personnel!
Je garde un excellent souvenir de toutes les personnes que nous avons pu croiser et plus particulièrement de Robert au Sugar Canne, de Bradley au boat house grace à qui nous avons eu deux excursions mémorables, Nishi et Kingsley deux adorables personnes avec qui échanger fut un plaisir journalier, la joie et la bonne humeur d’Aza, la disponibilité et la réactivité de Pascaline.
Nous espérons sincèrement venir vous visiter de nouveau et nous vous souhaitons une belle continuation.

Stayed for a week - amazing experience from staff to food to room to activities / amenities- highly recommended. Kevin Ritoo (Chief Concierge) was truly supportive and extended our check out till late, at no cost, helped us understand the property better. Khushi and Sakshi at the reception were swift, knowledgeable and friendly. Anuragh at Segala restaurant is a super humble guy (and a good photographer)- served with his heart. Milhil at noble restaurant can get you some amazing drinks. Want to spend some good evening - meet Kevin at sugarcane bar (ask for his special drink 😉). Veda definitely serves you some authentic Indian food and Senso is your go to breakfast place! Overall a great experience and must visit if you wish to spend some relaxing time. Spa service especially for the couples and fun water activities (free of cost) are must!

We stayed here having been delayed boarding our cruise ship. Reception staff were fantastic especially after we had such a fraught day travelling from Dubai. We would like to thank in particular Ishrat and his team for making it such an enjoyable stay

At the time of checkout staff at checkout counter asked how was stay. I told him about below par room service. He did not bother get details about it. It appeared that playbook says ask the question! I asked about my points being added to account but that was not answered as well. He did write down my membership number but nothing since then.

我被酒店的壮观美景深深吸引。酒店坐落在靠近珊瑚礁的海滩上，傍晚落日非常美丽。
客房也非常宽敞舒适，干净整洁。我尤其喜欢阳台上的吊床，可以在那里放松身心，听着海浪声入睡。
酒店的餐饮也让我留连忘返。Segala更是一场美食之旅。SAMIR主管带领下工作人员总是热情友好，愿意为我提供个性化的建议。品尝人间美味！
最重要的是，洲际酒店的团队非常专业，总经理非常敬业！他们确保我的假期一切顺利。酒店大堂经理和服务人员无论是预订水上活动还是提供当地旅行建议，他们总是乐于助人。

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem großartigen Hotel

Wir wählten das InterConti in Mauritius für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt mit der Familie.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor der Ankunft war sehr gut und wir bekamen auf alle Anfragen zeitnahe Antworten. Am Tag des checkins waren wir durch den frühen Flug bereits gg 10 Uhr im Hotel. Die Hoffnung, dass wir gleich einchecken bzw das Zimmer beziehen können, zerschlug sich leider, weil das Hotel sehr gut ausgelastet war. Dafür durften wir aber ab Mittag unser AI Programm starten.
Der Strand vorm Hotel ist aufgeschüttet, aber sehr schön gestaltet. Schwimmen ist nicht möglich, aber wer das möchte, kann 5-10 Minuten am Strand entlang laufen und.beim Maritim ins Meer gehen.
Der Hotelpool war geheizt und groß genug. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge fantastisch.
Das Frühstück konnte man sowohl im Hauptrestaurant als auch in einem Spezialitätenrestaurant einnehmen. Wir entschieden uns fast immer für das kleine und direkt am Strand liegende Segala, in dem wir aus der Karte auswählen konnten. Die Auswahl und der Service war dabei erstklassig, die Stimmung ebenfalls.
Mittagessen gab es ebenfalls im Segala, darüberhinaus auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant. Die Qualität und die Auswahl waren sehr gut.
Fürs Abendessen gab es insgesamt drei Spezialitätenrestaurants und das Haupt-Restaurant. Die Spezialitätenrestaurants mussten reserviert werden, was aber unkompliziert möglich war.
Die Zimmer unterscheiden sich hauptsächlich in der Etage und darin, ob es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer für die Kinder hat. Wir hatten ein schönes Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war groß genug für alle, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Reinigung hat wunderbar funktioniert. Zu kritisieren ist lediglich die Eingangstür, die etwas klemmte und damit kaum leise zu schließen war.
Unterhaltung gab es im Hotel jeden Abend, ebenso wurden Sportmöglichkeiten am Tag angeboten (sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym, Tischtennis, Tennis, Wassersport, Aquagym…)
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und können das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Imagine booking a resort to then find out there is no restaurant available for you to have dinner as long as you don't book 2-3 days in advance. I had with us my mum, 70 years old and they denied us dinner in all restaurants as they were "fully booked". How can you run a Hotel with 4 restaurants and not having availability for your guests? The hotel staff didn't do anything to resolve the issue. Just a couple of sorry here and sorry there. Apart from this which made our stay less comfortable as we had to go get dinner outside, the room cleaning service is not up to standard. We often found sand in the bed sheet as well as hair..

A 5-star stay at one of the most prestigious hotel around, the serene environment, the tidiness of the room, the delicious foods ans friendly staffs, made our trip a one to remember.
Away from the busy routine of corporate life, I have to say it was a perfect choice for me and my wife to declutter our minds. A big thanks to the team for making us feel special.

I waited my whole life to travel to Mauritius and it was so worth the wait. Thank you intercontinental! From the Moment you walk in to the vast open air lobby, you know it was worth the 2 day trip. Beautiful flowers and gardens around resort. Staff amazing. Food amazing. Resort main areas amazing. Room very good, needing a slight refresh, but would come back again tomorrow. Loyalty weekly party a must if you are a frequent IHG member. Try all restaurants on property, all wonderful. Our favourites were Veda and Segala. Hotel Management and staff go above and beyond. Thank you, we will be back “Do you live an intercontinental life?” If so this property is a must.
