コンシェルジュやスタッフのサービスが行き届いており、丁寧で且つ依頼事項に対する対応も迅速でした。
タクシーに忘れ物をしてしまった際に、CCTVでナンバーを確認しドライバーにコンタクトしてくれて、直ぐに忘れ物も届けてくれました。おかげでその後のスケジュールにも間に合いました。大変助かりました！

Really am very disappointed from this hotel due rooms aren’t ready till five clock afternoon
As well welcoming pounce points is not add to my account
Although i call the reservation front desk about this visit

Fast, respectful, with a smily face check in and check out ( Thank you Remy ).
Once checked in you can smell the cleanliness of the room.
It was a comfortable stay for me and my wife.
I loved the whatsapp services for anything i need i only write it in whatsapp.
All staff are very respectful and and the smily face is something else.
I really like how i feel in this hotel and how they celebrated my birthday with a nice gesture in my room and a card, i love the parking always available for me and whenever im walking anywhere inside there is someone to help me with what i need.
I feel home inside really.
I wanna thank my friend Mr. Ali Samahigi for helping me book with a corporate rate.
I called before i come in the morning someone from the reservation department really helped me with making my booking in that day and he waited with me until teaching me everything in the IHG application and which rate should i book for my benefit.
Dear InterContenintal Bahrain : Your staff and management are incredibly amazing really i dont know how you do that.
Thank you for everything and thanks to all the staff for every service.

Good services and the staff was helpful and keep my stayed wonderful but the bad comment it's was in swimming pool in rooftop the towels very where and man shower room it's to dirty nobody comes to clean
