WHAT IS IHG® MOBILE KEY

Guests at IHG® hotels enabled with IHG® Mobile Key can use their mobile device as a key to open hotel rooms and common doors.

Q. Where is IHG® Mobile Key offered?
A. IHG® Mobile key is currently being tested at select hotels. Check with the front desk to confirm availability.

Q. Who is eligible to use IHG® Mobile Key?
A. It is currently available for all IHG® Rewards Club Members who have a Bluetooth enabled iPhone 5 or newer running iOS 7 or later.

Q. Can multiple guests on my reservation use IHG® Mobile Key?
A. At this time, only one IHG® Mobile Key per room is available.

Q. Is IHG® Mobile Key safe to use on my device?
A. IHG® Rewards Club credentials are required when  logging into the IHG® App to use IHG Mobile Key. Your device will also be registered and your room number is hidden, unless you choose to view it. IHG Mobile Key is no less secure than a traditional key card.  You are less likely to misplace your phone and you can password protect your phone to provide additional security.

HOW DOES IT WORK
REGISTER DEVICE AND RETRIEVE IHG® MOBILE KEY

1. Tap the Register IHG® Mobile Key button when it is available in  your IHG® App on the Reservation Details page (immediately after booking your reservation)
2. Accept the Terms and Conditions after reviewing.
3. Check-in at the front desk and tap the Activate IHG® Mobile Key button to retrieve your key.

USE YOUR IHG® MOBILE KEY
1. Open the IHG® App and tap on the IHG® Mobile Key button. Verify Bluetooth® is turned on.
2. Hold your device flat against the door lock.
3. Open the door when the light turns solid green.

HAVING TROUBLE?
Q. What if my IHG® Mobile Key does not work?
A. Check that the IHG® App is open, Bluetooth® is enebaled, and the eligible device is held flat against hte lock. If you are still unable to unlock, please use the physical key card provided and call or stop by the front desk.

Q. What if I forget my room number?
A. You can view your room number by tapping the "Room Number" box on your IHG® Mobile Key. Your room number will be automatically hidden after 10 seconds.

Q. What if I lose or wnat to deactivate my device.
A. Please contact the front desk immediately. Hotel staff will give you a traditional key card and deactivate your mobile key.
