This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here during the fair. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Make the effort to put us in the room location of our preference. Always clean and organized. This year we had multiple rooms and all were excellent.

The room was comfortable. Plenty of space for my friend and I passing through. The only negative was so many worker/truckers who were super loud so early in the morning. The staff was great, beds were comfortable.

I have stayed here several times over the past year same awesome experience every time. The entire staff has first class customer skills! Very clean rooms! Thank you all!

My son left his wallet with his birthday money
Hotel call me they had the wallet buy with no money
I was real happy with the hotel until this happened
I dont recommend it

The day I walked in I was greated with a smile and a freindly hello from the front desk. Jeff was very helpful and freindly and made me and my families stay there a lot of fun. My daughter and grandson liked him and so did my dogs. My room was very nice and loved the TV saying Hello with my name. Now the floors of my room could have been cleaner. I seen something under the foot of the bed and went and got a wet cloth to clean it up and when I cleaned it up the wet cloth was black. So maybe house keeping could mop the floors better. Other than that I enjoyed staying at the hotel and will stay at an Avid hotel again. Very impressed

Hotel room is very functional. Grab-and-go breakfast has good selection. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. The floor was sticky and you could visibly see how unclean it was. Also, the towels and bedsheets had hairs on them. We won't stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location for our needs. Every employee (desk personnel to housekeeping staff) spoke to us during our visit. The room was clean and just right for us.

My family and I ended up at this location due to a very bad experience at another hotel in Beaumont. We were greeted and welcomed by Mr. Deandre right when we walked in. This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. It was very quite and the staff was amazing! the breakfast was awesome also! The beds were comfortable and we loved the pillows! The blackout window treatments were also amazing! The toiletries smelled really good and re-freshening... My family and I felt at home here and will be returning...
