This hotel has it all! The staff is always friendly with their guests! The food is Amazing!
The Chef is 5 star! My friends came from the Hamptons for dinner to join me. 3 of us had the lamb chops.
Amazing! I spent 3 weeks there this past summer. The location is perfect! In the middle of the Northfork and the Hamptons. The pool is clean and landscaping is lovely! On this weekend trip was like visiting family. The even remember my name . Very I impressive! One more thing the music is great and happy hour is fun!

The hotel staff is SO FANTASTIC, that I gave this place 4 stars. However, there are a lot of issues with Hotel Indigo East End.
The room is old and dated. Peeling wallpaper all over. Cracks in ceiling. Furniture chipped. Mattresses uncomfortable. The room layouts are weird - like the desk is right in front of the ac, so it blows in your face if you sit at it. They have these massive dresser drawers yet literally not even a hook to hang a towel in the bathroom. Overall the room is just not well thought out.
Also want to note that our room was not particularly clean and there were long black curly hairs all over, which was kind of gross.
Next - the pool is not heated and it’s FREEZING. That was a big buzzkill for my family. We booked the hotel mostly for the pool, which we couldn’t even use because it was so cold and miserable.
Breakfast is pretty bad. Same thing every day - two premade breakfast sandwiches (each were edible but awful), absolutely disgusting overnight oats, and cereal. I was hoping for something fresh, something healthy. HARD PASS.
Cleaning crew barged into our room at 9a one morning. No idea why.
Overall I found this hotel to be disappointing in its mediocrity. But the wonderful staff balanced out some of its shortcomings.

I had a warm and welcoming reception from the front desk when I arrived. The carpet in the hallways and the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but the friendless of the staff made up for it.

Our suite overlooked the restaurant/bar area and we were not warned that music was played ALL night…eventually we had to call the front desk, at which they said they’d turn it off but by then, our whole nights sleep was ruined….very disappointed

Amazing Hotel with top notch management ! Lindsay is truly amazing when it comes to Hotel hospitality ! Another great stay for us, the property is an oasis for us, everything is top notch; the front desk, guest rooms, bar , and restaurant . Can’t wait to come back again.

From the time I booked the room until I checked out everything was perfect. Every stay at any Hotel Indigo I have stayed at goes above and beyond and they will all be my preferred hotels going forward. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and the incredible food! A MUST for every type of traveler.

It was an okay hotel. However, the walls are paper thin so, barely got any sleep as the bed on both sides of the wall were squelling. Staff was nice, however lack of being able to sleep is why a 3 star rating is granted.

Not sure where to start. We arrive and check in, so far so good. We are walking to our room and the smell of Marijuana in the hallways is unbelievable. We ask one of the employees and get a response of “I don’t know”. We get into the room and most of the furniture is old and outdated. I guess that’s why we had cobwebs in the room that we removed ourselves. A couple of weddings were going on, including the wedding we were attending. I guess management thought it was a good idea to reseal the parking lot on a weekend packed with customers. The fumes were overwhelming. So now we have a combo of seal coatings fumes and marijuana. The next morning we go to a “complimentary” breakfast. Half the stations were empty. No employees around except the 2 in the back eating instead of making sure the guest were happy. As we were on line they ran out of fruit. We asked for a banana and were told “we ran out, 1 person took 3 yesterday” ok what about any other fruit “we have no more fruit” a complete joke. So many other properties at a better value in the area.

Beautiful property! Staff was very professional and provided the best customer service. Breakfast was amazing and really enjoyed the live entertainment. My room was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
