I stayed at Avid for one night. I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the friendly employee working the front. She explained the food and bar options located next door, the availability of the free breakfast the next morning, and what time I would need to check out. She gave me my keys and I went to my room. Unfortunately upon inspection of my room, I noticed the shower was dirty. I requested a new room and was given keys to a new room. Unfortunately the shower floor was even dirtier. I concluded that the shower flooring just hasn't been taken care of properly and I should expect that from each room.

Overall experience was great and comfortable with my family. I was recognized as my membership status and breakfast was good too. It was a great professional service by the staff
Over Charge for Snacks

I got charged $45.38 for snacks which should have been $15.38. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to get this resolved. I’ve even gone through 3 resolution numbers with your company. The last girl on the last resolution # said it would be resolved.
So far, nothing.
Very disappointed.

First I just want to say this hotel was perfect from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. We got to the hotel and was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel overall was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were the first ones to use the new parking feature for the airport and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful and helped us navigate that process. When we got back from our flight I called the hotel to let them know we landed and would need the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport he was there within 10 minutes. We barely sat down by time the driver was coming around the corner. We are very pleased with our experience with this hotel and if we are ever back around the Nashville area we will definitely stay here!

There were a few snags with amending the stay. When the stay was booked, it was a book now, pay later, I was trying to pay for the reservation. My conversation was directed to the manager who I found to be short, gruff and very disrespectful and dismissive. At one point, he even shouted at me which is very unbecoming of anyone working in hospitality.
When I got to the property on 7/29, I was not allowed to check in when I got there for an early check in. My experience with IHG hotels is that they usually are very accommodating. The next morning all of the guests were jolted out of bed due to a fire alarm. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but it was very unnerving. Next, around 11pm on 7/30, all electricity went out. Again not the fault of the hotel. However, there were no generators, not emergency lights in the rooms or hallways. I believe the power came back on around 3 am. It was out for so long because the GM did explain to the VISITING night clerk that he would have to flip the main breaker switch. The poor guy literally was told nothing about emergency policy and procedure. I did call IHG to lodge my complaint and was told that the issue would be handled at the hotel level. She said that she would forward my call to the hotel. !! I tried explaining that I was I. The hotel and there was no electricity. Anyhow, the IHG rep said that I needed to request a refund from the front desk. Unfortunately, the hotel
Reservations system was still down when I was trying to check out. To date, I have not heard from AViD regarding a refund for 7/30 , nor have I heard black from IHG regarding this matter.

This hotel was VERY clean and comfortable. The beds are sooooo comfy!! The staff was very nice and professional and the breakfast was really good. This will be our “go to” hotel in Nashville. Thank you for an amazing stay!! I highly recommend!!!

I would give this hotel 5 stars but my heart isn’t letting me. Housekeeping literally stole an entire bag of clothes from me and my kid. All of the clothes from the time we got there Friday around 5 til Saturday night are gone. I have yet talked to anyone because no one is answering the phone all of a sudden now that it has been brought to one’s attention.

La primera vez que me hospedé el servicio fue mucho mejor que mi siguiente estadía.
Un hotel confortable, cerca del aeropuerto.
Esta última estadía mi único punto en contra fue la limpieza del baño que no era la mejor, incluso no había jabón y shampoo, llamé a la recepción para solicitar y nunca contestaron…
El desayuno no es bueno y no tienen opciones

My stay was great and the workers were beyond friendly BUT a week after check in the $10 hold has still not been credited. I called my bank today and was told it has not been released from you. I tried to leave a message to the general manager and her mail box was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I was told at checkin that the hold would be released at checkout. 6 days later it has still not been. I was also never acknowledged for my IHG Membership.

We purchased the stay, park and fly package. When checking in the front desk member was less than pleasant. She did not greet us with respect or acknowledge us as valuable customers. We almost missed our flight because the shuttle driver made us wait until he returned from another run after being informed to be ready at 3:45AM to catch the first shuttle.
