Have stayed in many Voco's and this one twice. It has become a preferred choice. Love this location. Walking or tram to everything.

The hotel is right next to light rail station and walkable distance to Surfers Paradise.
We were warmly welcomed by Mahra when checking in. Both she and another Asian staff were attractive and very welcoming. They even gave me a little surprise after knowing my birthday was coming in a few days.
The ocean view room is excellent and the bed was very comfy however the pillows were way too soft for my liking.
The buffet breakfast is good as staff refilled the food pretty quick. I wish there's more options for the milk choice though.

Nice hotel just a short walk to the beach front; tram stop in front of hotel to go around city center area for free transport. Partial view of ocean is a plus. Breakfast great varieties and good quality food. Seafood buffet on weekend night dinner is outstanding!! Reasonably priced and very fresh seafood.
