Everything was wonderful. Clean, well cared for, loved the family games offered! Wish there were c-port and/or USB charging ports in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Loved the late checkout time 12pm. Beds were phenomenal and comfy!

We travel quite a lot and this place is one that cares, and it shows in every thread of the fabric. Nobody staying here will be disappointed.
If you booked directly with the hotel, they are very understanding and want to accommodate, upon arrival you will be greeted with friendliness anything that you may need during your stay whether directions restaurant recommendations they are there to help you 24/7

Even though there were teams of younger kids staying here the hotel was very quiet. This room was nice other than the previous guests must have washed their dog because it smelled of wet dog.

On December 11, 2024, I did not finish my review of the hotel, and I am truly sorry about that. The hotel should get some recognition. Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Airport, an IHG hotel, has wonderful staff who always go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout your visit, they truly make you feel at home. Yes, they read the reviews. A couple of weeks ago I mentioned in a review that my mom has to lift me up in the bed because the bed was so high to get in it. The general manager stopped my mom in the morning last week, and by the time we returned in the afternoon, they had lowered the bed. The gesture greatly aids my mom in helping me climb into bed, as my disability prevents me from doing so on my own. My mom, dad, and I extend our heartfelt gratitude to them.

Great place to say. Very friendly staff that will bend over backwards for you.
Comfortable and quiet place.
The breakfast offerings in the morning are outstanding.
The bathroom showers could use some updating, but still a nice, clean comfortable place with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

The hotel is very clean, smells good, and has many options available. The room was excellent; we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my family of 4 grown adults, and there was plenty of room. We were able to save money by eating in the lounge and having food in the room as well with the stocked kitchen. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend!

Those two bedrooms suites really do come in handy when traveling in a group and having an equipped kitchen helps saves on spending too.
