No, I do not recommend this property.
I came from out of town. Didn’t arrive until 2am. The lady obviously had no clue on what she was doing she was VERY RUDE AND SHORT with me . I ended up going next door to the holiday inn and had no problem checking in there. If anyone goes there go before 11pm so you don’t have to deal with her….

I had a very pleasant stay at Staybridge Fossil Creek. From the moment I arrived, which was very late after a long day of travel, the front desk greeted me with a smile, and promptly checked me into my room. I didn’t need to wait on anyone to arrive at the front desk they were already stationed there. My room was large and clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom was. The cleaning staff cleaned my room daily and they did a fantastic job. The cleanliness of not only my room, but also the hotel, demonstrates how much care the staff puts into the hotel, and therefore their guests.
Each day when I came down for breakfast before work or when I returned back to the hotel from work, the staff was always there greeting with a smile and a friendly hello or a friendly good morning. They made you feel welcome.
Breakfast was hot and the food was decent. You had both hot and cold items for breakfast, which is standard. The social event was a very nice touch and it happened frequently during the week. The food offered during the social events was really good, and I hope they continue to do that for their guests.
Overall, this is a very comfortable hotel, the beds were comfortable and I slept well. I do have to say, though that you can hear the rooms above you. So if you have a person staying above you that is heavy footed, you will certainly hear them. They did not, however, take away from my experience at this hotel.
I would recommend this hotel if you were in the area, and I certainly will be staying at this hotel when I travel for business in Fort Worth.

When I walked in the receptionist said I saw u booked a big room but I did something better I booked you a better room and when we walked in omg it was like a small little apartment ! Wow I couldn’t believe she did that at no charge I will most definitely stay here again ! Thank u for making me feel at home as soon as I walked in

My family had super fast sell of our house that left us without a ready available home. We looked into Airbnb‘s, but didn’t feel that would be the right move with what I wanted my wife and children to experience in our time in between homes. I wanted them to feel like it was an extended vacation. We had to pack the day of Christmas as we would be making a quick sale of the house in a few weeks. Just like any other family we love the whole experience of Christmas in our home and thought it came to an abrupt end this year. My wife and I wanted to make this move special.
As a former employee of IHG I knew I could get that with Staybridge and let tell you, they did not disappoint. We checked in and were greeted with hot coco and cookies. The hotel had immaculate Christmas decorations and even a cute plate with a carrot, some cole and sticks were frosty the snowman came in to warm up where are frosty the fireplace. Our children felt the intentionality of it all and we could see it on their faces.
This would be a 10 out of 10 experience for our family! The whole staff was too to bottom phenomenal in our over two month stay.

I would like to recognize both breakfast attendance, maintenance crew, Front desk staff, and Housekeeping.
Angeles, Alba, and Guillermo especially stood out to us.

You can tell that this staybridge suites is trying to be great. It is just a little old, and the staff gives off strange vibes. Many times throughout the stay, I felt like an outsider. The staff seemed very friendly with each other, almost like family to the extent that they served and covered for each other and preference to the guests. My main plate would be the breakfast. The staff had their children tucked away in the game room and in a room off of the office. When we arrived 20 minutes before the end of breakfast, the entire area was almost cleaned up and shut down. We had to ask for food. In the side rooms the staff children had been fed and the staff were filling their own plates. Three more families that were guests arrived down at breakfast and there was no food for them. I have never experienced that at another hotel. There were always people socializing at the front desk and that also give off weird vibes. There was always this feeling that something else was going on. Not necessarily enough to make me feel unsafe with my kids, but definitely enough to make me considering somewhere else next time.

Our dedicated team strives to make your stay comfortable and welcoming, and it's heartwarming to know that you felt that during your visit. Many of our guests stay with us long-term, and we take great pride in providing that cozy, home-like atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease.
Recently, Texas faced some bad weather, and we opened our doors to our employees and their families to ensure they had a warm place to stay and didn't have to worry about traveling on icy roads. Our General Manager even stepped in to help watch over some of the kids during the stormy weather; this might have been the side office you witnessed as he set up a Nintendo Switch and an Xbox for them to play on.
Most of our Staybridge Team has been together since the COVID lockdown, and we truly are like family, witnessing our infants grow into toddlers. and enter elementary school together.
While it might seem uncommon these days to experience such a strong bond between a team and their guests, we would love to invite you back in the future to experience more of our exceptional service at Staybridge Suites. We promise to do our best to wow you next time!

The entire staff was very outgoing and engaging and more than helpful. This was shown by the manager maybe the owner, I can’t remember his name but Angeles Cubias was a delight. The kitchen lady named Alba was also super kind and helpful. A thumbs up to the entire staff.
