Absolutely loved the vibe of this property.
It was so handy to have a kitchen in our room. I'm always one to go out and eat while on vacation, was a nice change of pace to cook inside.
This property has stunning views of the mountains, and is within several great tourist attractions. Our suite was very clean!
Breakfast also had an amazing selection of food. Our kiddo loved the waffles!
Will definitely return here if I find myself in the area.

The stay was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Television had several stations to choose from. Heat worked well. The socials were a great option to eat in and avoid going back out into the weather. People all were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and served on time. Printer worked for business needs. Great job to all!

I stayed here for about 30 days for a work trip and my experience was amazing. The staff were so friendly and I always felt taken care of.
The room was spotless when I checked in and housekeeping always did a wonderful job. I also loved that the soap, lotion, and all the shower products were Dove brand. Also, the sink area is separate from the toilet and was very spacious for all my products and made getting ready in the morning a lot easier.
The fitness center is typical for a hotel gym. A treadmill, elliptical, some other cardio machine, an out-of-order machine, a bench, and dumbbells up to around 35. However, Scott, the manager, actually told me that they have a relationship with the Crunch Fitness in town who offered me to use their gym for free for the remaining two weeks of my stay. This was a great opportunity, as the Crunch was close by and had everything I needed.
I was having some trouble with the key card system, as it’s an electronic card and gets affected by cell phones and credit cards which kills the card. I also think my reader on my door may have had some problems. I wish IHG had a digital key system like other hotels. However, the front desk works 24/7 and they were always more than happy to help me out with another key.
The in-suite kitchen and full-size fridge were great bonuses, and made this perfect for a long-term stay. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

Very comfortable beds. Needs better lighting in bathroom vanity area and towel hooks in shower area. Needed an outlet close to bed.

We had a leisure long weekend in Colorado Springs and this property was the perfect location for our weekend. Overall, everything at this property was perfect. The vanity are needed better lighting and shower area needed towel hooks.

This is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed at! I have never felt so cared for and taken care of. We were unfortunately in town for a family death, and even from two states away before check-in, Scott Duarte took us in and made us feel like his family. He made sure that we were as comfortable as could possibly be in this terrible situation. Scott checked in on us personally multiple times each day. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff had amazing meals every day and maintained the cleanest buffet imaginable. We had to add two extra days on to our stay and it was effortless. Even though this is a pet-friendly hotel (and it is very friendly to the pets), you would never even know that there were any animals in the building, unlike most pet-friendly hotels that smell like a kennel. I cannot say enough how amazing Scott was to myself and my family for our entire stay. I now have a new standard for every hotel that I stay at in the future to try to reach. Scott went above and beyond what would EVER be expected from a hotel manager!

I had several hotels to choose from at this location. I’m so glad I made the right choice. This was a few more dollars but well worth it. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and plentiful. As ll staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
