This hotel was great for what we needed it for. The staff was amazing, breakfast was good, and the social hour Monday to Wednesday was a plus. Beds were comfy and the kitchenette was adequate. My kids loved the put put green.

I had the privilege of staying in your great hotel for a few day and enjoyed all the amenities offered. I found your front desk and other staff to be very friendly and customer oriented. As a Diamond Elite member and work traveler, I have stayed at several IHG properties over the years. This is one of the worst ones I’ve ever stayed at. To start there was no welcome amenity or Diamond Elite parking. The room I received had water damage all over the ceiling, the floor had mysterious stains on it, the shower had strange marks all over it as well, and the kitchen was very outdated. My TV in the common space didn’t work either. As a solo female traveler, this property didn’t feel safe at all. It is located right beside two budget motels, and anyone could walk into the front of the hotel, no questions asked, without a keycard after hours. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

I had a wonderful stay per usual, it’s hard to pick any other hotel when Staybridge Suites always provides a great experience.
It’s unusual that I do laundry while traveling, but this time I did. My only suggestion is to work at getting those washers and dryers fixed, as there are some reliability issues.

Great stay. I would say excellent stay if not for two things:
1) Parking is challenging
2) My coffee pot had not been cleaned. It had old coffee grinds in it.
I wondered why I kept smelling coffee. Front desk clerks were GREAT. Found out when I attempted to make coffee my second morning.
