This is my favoriate hotel because of the location, the VIEW, and the staff. Everything was great, especially the lounge. I was happy to hear that they planned to start the room renovations soon - it is overdue. Everything else checked out.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Above and Beyond Service!
We had the most amazing experience at the InterContinental Budapest! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, especially from the front desk team. A special thank you to Ana, who went above and beyond to make our birthday and anniversary celebration unforgettable.
Not only was she incredibly kind and welcoming, but she also surprised us with an upgrade to a breathtaking riverview room. Waking up to the stunning view of the Danube and the Chain Bridge was magical – it truly made our stay feel extra special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor, excellent amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Budapest. But it was the warm, thoughtful service that really stood out.
Thank you, Ana and the entire team, for making our special occasion even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The concierge team at this hotel went above and beyond. We were there for a family vacation and this team was gracious and help to my elderly aunt. They helped us with transportation and local restaurant suggestions where we had fabulous meals. Plus the river view from my room was absolutely beautiful.
