A national AAAA grade scenic spot, with " the best preserved tropical rainforest in the Tropic of Cancer". This park is famous for the stunning view of virgin forest and the natural beauty of ethnic customs, including Peacock culture, Aini ethnic custom and other diversified minority cultures.

Located in the most southern part of Yunnan Province, SW China. On its 1100-hectare, gourd-shaped island, there are over 13,000 plant species growing in 38 collections with a dramatic backdrop of 400 hectares of tropical rainforest. After over 50 years of development, it is now recognized as a world renowned botanical garden engaged in scientific research, plant germplasm conservation and public education.

As a national AAAA grade scenic spot, this garden preserves more than 1,000 species, nearly 7, 000 copies of germplasm of tropical flowers and plants. It is a theme park for research, dissemination of science, patriotism education, tourism and leisure.

Used to be the Royal Temple of Dai. It's the largest Theravada Bhuddhist temple in China now. The temple, while promoting Theravada Buddhist, uses modern techniques to protect the traditional culture heritage and also meet tourists' demand on exploring history, Buddhist, and local culture. From the gate to The Buddhist Temple, the life history of Buddha Sakyamuni is cleverly intergrated into the landscape and buildings, making everywhere saying stories.

You can see peacocks dancing in the garden, elephants walking through the streets and many other exotic wonders. mysterious black, malachite green and China red consist of a visual feast at here. When enjoy the super dance show Mengbalanaxi, your ears, body and soul would be are completely captureed by the music.

The National AAAA grade scenic spot, is a unique ecological village with five hamlets connected like a pearl necklace. With nearly one thousand year history, these hamlets have beautiful subtropical landscape delicious local food, unique Dai bole fence houses and mysterious Theravada. The spectacular"every day Sonkan Festival" makes Xishuangbanna Dai Park to be the Dai people's paradise.

Built in Dai Calendar 1063(AD1701), is more than 300 years old. Since beginning, this pavilion has been serving as the discussion place of eminent Buddhist monk. The famous event of"gourd letter" in the narrative poem of Dai happened here.

Manfeilong Bhudda Pagoda, a national key protection relic and the most famous pagoda group in Xishuangbanna, symbolizes the ancient culture and history of Dai people. Since the pagoda is like bamboo shoot, it is called"the most beautiful bamboo shoot tower". And due to the white surface, it is also known as Manfeilong White Pagoda. Manfeilong Bhudda Pagolda composes by a main tower and eight small towers arround it.

World-class tropical rainforests, especially the representative of tropical plants--"Parashorea chinensis Tree". As the first park providing three-dimensional scenic spots from the water, land and air of tropical rainforests in China, this AAAA grade national park has the highest tree canopy corridor in the world, China's first digital scenic of tropical rain forest, the corridor of original eco-village culture and rainforest water tourism corridors.

Built along the shore of Lancang River for two kilometers. As China's first Dai style cuisine and bar street, it has the beautiful scenery of riverside, Dai style food, various pubs and a Beer Plaza.

full of a variety of tourist commodities, no matter the featured Dai crafts made local women, or bamboo weaved handicrafts,jadeware, the Dai's coloured frawing ans pattern woodcarving, or even some jades and silver decorations with cheap and hig quality, you could go seeking and barging as much as you like.

Built for introducing, cultivating, collecting and conserving tropical medicinal plant germplasm and conducting scientific research.Meanwhile, it also functions as a national AA grade scenic spot for the popularization of science and tourism. Introduced and cultivated medicines in south China, folk medicines, and other more than 1,500 kinds of medicinal plants, and preserved specimens of more than 20,000 copies and 300 kinds of native orchids.

One Tree Forest is peculiar scenery in tropical and subtropical area, formed by big-leaved fig. Besides the trunk, big-leaved figs have numberous aerial roots which grow, entwine and down into the earth. Those pillar-like clusters create the one-tree-forest view.

Wild Elephant Valley is a national AAAA grade scenic area and the only park in China to watch wild Asian elephants in safety. Serveral attractive spots, including Asian elephant breeding centre, the Asian elephant observation area, wildlife viewing areas, folk culture display area, bird garden, butterfly garden and other attractions, locate here.
