TERMS & CONDITIONS
*Complimentary Weekend Night: Valid on the second night of a paid weekend stay on the Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Rate. Weekends may vary by region. Must present ID & member number at check-in. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the day of check-in in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Complimentary Weekend Night is valid at all InterContinental Hotels & Resorts globally, excluding InterContinental Alliance Resorts. Advance reservations are required and when joining the Ambassador programme in hotel, the Weekend Night cannot be redeemed for the current stay.
Royal Ambassador Free Night is valid only for those who have been invited to Royal Ambassador as of 5 February 2019 for 2019. Not applicable for those who have been gifted status or invited after 5 February 2019.
**Free Night (Room Rate Only): The Royal Ambassador Night is credited directly to the member's account within six weeks of the member achieving Royal Ambassador status, redeemable as a "Royal Ambassador Night 2019" and can be viewed in Membership Account Management online or via the app. Member will receive one Free night in a standard room only (room rate only, taxes and fees may apply) at participating IHG® hotels worldwide. Free night exclusions include InterContinental Alliance & IHG Army Hotels as well as a points cap at 70,000 per night.
***Minibar credit: Up to USD200 per stay. In China Mainland (excluding Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan) Royal Ambassador members are entitled to up to RMB200 credit per day and RMB800 per stay.
****Hertz Gold Plus Rewards® President's Circle®: This is an IHG Rewards Club opt-in member benefit that is offered to Royal Ambassador members. This benefit will be available in 2019 at a date to be confirmed. Until then, eligible members can continue to opt in to receive Hertz Gold Plus Rewards® Five Star® status. Hertz operates its program independently of SCH and may discontinue or amend it at any time. Should a member wish to participate in this benefit, they must register via their IHG Rewards Club member account and must be a Gold Plus Rewards® member.
