We loved our stay here. The location is prime for sightseeing. The workout options are very helpful to keep a fitness routine. The service was overall great. We only wished the daily cleaning was a bit more thorough, but it was minor things such as not refilling our hand soap. We would definitely stay here again.

Polite and pleasant staff and hotel is convenient and super clean. Plenty of tea and coffee replacements available. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Fabulous. Lots of places to walk to for food and convenient restaurant at the hotel

The staff was really helpful. Nice location close to times square, and to the subway to go everywhere in Manhattan and beyond. Very practical room. Well maintained and daily taken care off

This hotel is in an ideal location. Two block from Penn Station (take the LIRR train to the airports), Two blocks from Madison Square Garden. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and 24 hour markets. If you sew or are into fashion, you are adjacent to the garment district. Also felt safe with a NYPD station on the same block. Hertz is also the next block over if a car is needed. We have been coming here for a few years now and will continue to stay here. My husband also likes the on-site fitness center. On-site restaurant has many healthy options too!

I had an overall great experience. Hotel staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. I was able to check my luggage on my last day so I didn’t have to carry it around the city with me.

After an incredibly rainy and downright miserable weekend in New York, this hotel was truly a bright spot in our trip. We arrived soaked and weary after walking from Penn Station with two young children, and everyone was feeling the weight of the day—until we were greeted by Esther at the front desk.
Esther’s warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality instantly lifted our spirits. She was not only pleasant and personable but went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Her care set the tone for our entire stay and spoke volumes about the standard of service at this hotel.
Our room was clean and cozy, and while the double beds felt a bit small for our family, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The only downside was the bathroom setup—we were placed in a handicap-accessible room, which unfortunately lacked a proper floor guard in the shower, resulting in water all over the floor. With two small kids, that made bath time a bit chaotic.
Still, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. And a special, heartfelt thank you again to Esther—you turned a gloomy day into a memorable one with just your kindness.
