1. Who is eligible for this program?

• From January 1st, 2019, IHG® Rewards Club members can enjoy 10% - 15% dining discount in all managed Restaurants & Bars of IHG® full-service hotels in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan).

2. Is the discount only available for members’ dining during stay?

• No, it can be used for member’s STAY or NON-STAY dining, but cannot be used in conjunction with member welcome amenities, food & beverage credit or any other food & beverage promotions or programs.

3. What discount can InterContinental® Ambassador members enjoy when dining at non InterContinental® Hotels and Resorts?

• InterContinental® Ambassador members can enjoy 15% discount when dining at participating InterContinental® Hotels and Resorts outlets, the member is eligible for the discount level as per his/her IHG® Rewards Club membership tier when dining at participating other brands’ outlets.

4. As an IHG® Rewards Club member, what do I need to do to enjoy the discount?

• Members need to provide the membership identification.

Simply present your member ID, there are 4 ways you can either: 1) bring with your physical membership card or pay by member’s CITIC co-brand credit card 2) present your digital/virtual membership card in IHG® App; 3) present the membership account information in IHG® WeChat mini program; 4) contact IHG® WeChat and get online agent to validate your membership. [please note: hotels bear no responsibility to search for membership information on customer’s behalf].

5. How the discount works?

• Discount will be applied on net retail prices (which includes VAT) for applicable food and beverage consumptions. Discount excludes service charges or surcharges.

6. What are the key terms I should be aware?

• Only applicable for IHG ® Rewards Club members. Member needs to be present for the entirety of the meal and must pay for the bill in person with proof of membership provided.
• Alcoholic beverage, in-room mini-bar, banquet and meetings are not included; Discount will be applied on net retail prices (including VAT) of applicable food and beverage consumptions. Discount excludes service charges or surcharges.
  
• It is at hotel’s discretion on offering the membership discount for special promotional packages, event dining or selected specialty recipes and dishes. Please contact hotel for details.
  
• The membership discount is applicable for a maximum of 8 persons (including member himself or herself) dining per member per meal per bill.
  
• This membership discount is not applicable for cigarette, flower, gift and any other non food and beverage items.
  
• Even though the membership discount can be charged to a member’s room folio, the discount and proof of membership must be validated and processed by participating outlet staff, the discount cannot be processed at the Front Desk;
  

7. If the discount eligible for public holidays or special occasions?

• It is at hotel’s discretion on offering the membership discount for special promotional packages, event dining or selected specialty recipes and dishes. Please contact individual hotel for details.

8. How many participating hotels are there?

• Member R&B Discount is applicable to all managed Restaurants & Bars of IHG® full-service hotels in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan).
  Please contact individual hotel for more details if any outsourcing Restaurants & Bars.

9. Can my dining expense earn IHG® Rewards Club points?

• Points can only be earned for dining expense under your room folio. Non-stay dining cannot earn points.

10. Can the discount applied together with Aspire (if applicable) or any other hotel food & beverage offer?

• No, it is not stackable with any other member benefits or any other food & beverage promotions and programs.

11. Can a newly enrolled member enjoy the discount?

• Yes, as long as the member provides valid membership proof and inform R&B outlet before payment. Again it is member’s responsibility to provide membership proof.

12. What if customer have difficulties or questions when enrolling become a member?

• Customer can contact our Service Hotline during 7am-11pm Monday – Sunday.

13. What if there are 2 members dine together, what discount level should be applied?

• The discount is NOT stackable, hence only 1 discount can be applied per table based on their membership tier.

14. What if there are more 8 people dining but there are 2 members?

• The membership discount is applicable for a maximum of 8 persons (including member himself or herself) dining per member per meal per bill.

• Member R&B Discount is applicable to participating managed Restaurants & Bars of IHG full-service hotels in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Please refer to the non-participating Restaurants & Bars list at the bottom of this page. The list may be updated from time to time, we recommend you to contact individual hotel for more details.
• Hotel outsourcing Restaurants & Bars do not offer IHG® Rewards Club Member R&B Benefits, we suggest you to contact individual hotel for more details.
• The membership discount can be used both for member’s stay or non-stay dining, cannot be used in conjunction with member welcome amenities, food & beverage credit or any other food & beverage promotions or programs;

• The discount which CITIC co-brand card holders can enjoy is subject to their actual IHG® Rewards club member tier within the card validity.
  
• InterContinental® Ambassador members can enjoy 15% discount when dining at InterContinental® Hotels and Resorts outlets, the member is eligible for the discount level as per his/her IHG® Rewards Club membership tier when dining at other brands’ outlets.
  
• Cannot earn IHG® Rewards Club points for non-stay food and beverage consumption. While food and beverage consumption during the stay must be settle payment under the room folio of member’s room to earn IHG® Rewards Club points.
  
• Even though the membership discount can be charged to a member’s room folio, the discount and membership identification must be validated and processed by outlet staff, the discount cannot be processed at the Front Desk.
  
• The membership discount is applicable for a maximum of 8 persons (including member himself or herself) dining per member per meal per bill.
  
• This membership discount has no cash value and cannot be sold for monetary returns.
  
• IHG® and participating hotels reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time. To the extent permitted under applicable law, IHG® and participating hotels reserve the right of interpretation of this event.
